After you & the girls have got changed, you’re waiting in the lobby of the hotel for the boys to come downstairs. Mollie turns to you and asks if you think you think you & George might end up hooking up, you laugh ‘I don’t know, he’s really cute, I don’t know if he’s really interested though, or if he’s just being friendly’ you say. ‘Do you want me to ask him?’ Mollie says, ‘No, it’s fine, we’ll just see how it goes’ you say.
Upstairs in their hotel room JJ says to George ‘So you & [YN] seem to have hit it off’ he laughs. ‘Yeah she’s really sweet, I’m not sure if she likes me though’ George says.
’You & Chelsey looked pretty snuggly as well though’ he says to JJ, ‘Yeah, she’s really pretty, I like her’ JJ replies.
They both check their hair in the mirror quickly & head out the door. They meet up with the other boys just as they come out of their hotel rooms and get in the elevator to come downstairs to meet you all.
As the doors are closing, George thinks to himself, ‘She seems really cool, this is the kind of girl I’ve been looking for for a while’
He doesn’t realize that just 3 floors down you’re sat there thinking ‘This is the first guy I’ve liked for a long time, maybe we could have something?’
As the boys get off the elevator, you & the girls get up from your seats and join them to leave the hotel & make your way down to this club. It’s a hot evening so no one brought jackets.
George holds out his arm for you to link your arm around & you smile a little shyly. You link arms and walk down the street, arm in arm.
All 11 of you get into the club and Josh & JJ go to the bar to get drinks for everyone. You sit down between George & Olly on the huge circular couch in the corner & without realizing it, you put your hand on George’s knee while you’re talking to him, he notices, but doesn’t make you or anyone else aware of it, he just leans back and cautiously tries to slowly wrap his arm around your shoulder. As the 2 of you laugh at something that someone just said, George uses this opportunity to sneakily put his hand on your shoulder. You lean into him just slightly as you laugh.
Every so often 1 or 2 of the group gets up to go to the bathroom, the bar or to make a request to the DJ. You realize after a little while JJ & Chelsey have been gone for a while & you glance across the dance floor of the club to see them slow dancing & making out, ‘Oh my god!’ you say & smile, ‘Look’ you say to everyone else, they all look & wolf whistle & laugh. You lean back into George’s arm & he places his hand back on your shoulder but then as you shuffle forward to pick up your drink from the table, his hand gently falls from your shoulder and slides down to your lower back, where he rests it on your hip.
After a little while Lily & Maya get up to go to the bathroom & you join them, as you walk across the dance floor you jokily shout over to Chelsey ‘Put him down Chels, you don’t know where he’s been’ She & JJ both laugh.
While you’re in the bathroom with the girls, all checking your hair & make up in the mirror, Lily asks if you want her to sleep in Maya’s room with her tonight so that you & George can have the room to yourselves. You laugh ‘woah, slow down there, We’ve only just met. I don’t know…..maybe’ you say as you all laugh. You think to yourself, ‘Well he is really cute & we’re on holiday, we’re both adults, what would be the harm to just having a bit of fun?’ You all make sure you look okay before you head back out to the group & as you sit back down next to George, he leans over & whispers to you “Do you guys all wanna come hang in mine, Josh & JJ’s room for a bit when we get back to the hotel?” You pull back, smile & nod & he smiles back as he puts his hand back onto your shoulder, which you’ve gotten to find quite comfortable over the evening so you lean into him, putting your feet up on the seat next to you & holding his hand. As Chelsey & JJ rejoin the group you all decide to finish up your drinks and head back to the hotel.
When you get there, you’re all stumbling through the lobby to the elevator & the receptionist shush’s you, you playfully & jokingly shush him back while the elevator doors are closing. As the group of you go into Josh, JJ & George’s hotel room you fall down onto the bed, couches & floor as Josh pulls out a bottles of tequila & vodka from his bag & you all cheer & carry on drinking into the night, laughing, joking and enjoying each others company.
