Prologue

Hyuna's pov

Today, our school is having a field trip to a museum, a history museum.

When we arrive at the museum, our teacher separated us into groups. There was 4 teacher with us. My cousin and I was with Mrs. Kang.

As we wait for the person who was going to show us around, my cousin wanted us to take some selfies and so we did. I didn't like taking pictures. I don't know why though.

"Hello, my name is Yoo yewon I'll be your guide today." A woman in about her mid-20's said.

My cousin and I quit taking pictures and look up at her.

Miss Yoo Yewon was looking around us and stop when she saw me. We both made eye contact and she smiled at me, I didn't know what to do, and so I smiled back. Which is awkward.

As we started to go around, my cousin and I didn't really pay attention because history isn't our favorite subject. As we head to the next one, miss Yoo yewon came up to me and said, " I notice you haven't been paying attention to what I have been saying. For this last one, I want you to pay close attention to. It might interest you." She said and then walk ahead before I could even say anything.

"This right here, is a necklace. Not just any necklace, 20 years ago, it was said that this necklace have the power to bring things to life. Including an anime character from an anime book. This necklace came with the an anime book. That anime book later turned into a novel. It was a big sale in 2012, during 2015, all the copies of the book was told to return to the author and later on was burned. Why was it told to return and why was it burn? Well, because, like I said, the necklace , it bring things to life including anime characters. Because of this necklace and the book, an anime character name v, came to life. As soon as he came out, he met a girl. Let's just say the story of those two were sad. V have to go back to the book because the necklace was burned. But 3 years later, with the help of a shaman, he came back, but in a different person's body. As the story continues, a soul from the book also came back. He came to get his revenge. It was the day of the boy and girl's wedding, that soul, kidnapped the girl, which makes v came to his hands. As the boy and girl ran away from him, they end up at a cliff. Without any choice, the two lover jump to their death. It was said that the girl land on a hard rock, breaking every cell in her brain. It was said that if it was meant to be and if reincarnation is real, these two will met agian, on rainy days. Why on rainy days? Because their past life was a sad story." she said as the students take notes.

"What was the girl's name?" One student ask.

" the girl's name was," she look at me, " Hyuna, Jung Hyuna."

Everybody turned to me as they heard the name.

" I'm ahn Hyuna. " I said.

"I have a question." A guy said as he raised his hand.

" yes?"

"Why do they have to burn the books?"

"Because, that's the only way to get rid of the soul that came out." She replied.

"Why was it created?"

"To bring back the memories hyuna lost. By bringing back her memories, it'll help Kim Taehyung wake up from his coma."

"If the necklace is burned, why is it here?" Another student ask.

"This isn't the real one. We ask the maker to make a duplicate of this. There was two necklaces.. But they both were burnt." She replied.

"How do you know this is real?"

"From the writer itself. After the most sales book was burned, news reporter rush to the writer's house and interview her. Without leaving a single detail, she let out everything."

"Is the author still alive today?" One student ask and she nodded.

"She's probably around her 40's." She said.

Author's Pov

After it ended, all the groups gather up outside and wait for their bus, as they all still waiting for some groups, hyuna went back inside to where the book and the necklace was at.

When she got closer, a flash of memory came into her mind. She didn't know what it was. It didn't seem familiar to her.

As she stood in front of the box, a boy came beside her and also looked inside the box.

*Thunder sound*

They both looked at each other as they heard the sound of the thunder.
