Emily unlocked the door and we both walked inside the apartment.
It was nice. When you walked in, you were in the living room and then there was a joined kitchen in the corner of the room. There was a hall to your left and four doors. Three were bedrooms and one was a bathroom.
The apartment was as clean as could be. Emily was a very organised person and she liked everything to look perfect. I guess you could call her a perfectionist.
She led me to my room. It was the first door. Luckily, I wouldn't have to ever go near Hunter's room as it was the last door.
My room consisted of a bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table and a desk and chair.
I smiled as I made my way inside the room, behind Emily. "So what do you think?" She questioned as she turned to face me with an anxious expression on her face.
"I........love it" I answered with an ear to ear grin. She breathed out a sigh of relief when she processed what I said.
"Phew" she said jokingly as she wiped her brow. I chuckled.
"Okay, make yourself at home. It's nearly 6, so I'm gonna order some pizza" she told me as she walked out of the room. "K" I called back.
I put my suitcase on the bed and started unpacking my things. It didn't take me to long, just about 45 mins.
As soon as I finished unpacking all of my things, the doorbell rang and Emily answered it.
I started to get an uneasy feeling in my stomach, at the thought that it might be Hunter.
I let out a breath of relief when I heard Emily close the door and say "Sasha, pizza's here".
We are our pepperoni pizza in silence as we stared at the tv that was currently showing "FRIENDS" aka my absolute favourite show.
"Alright. I have to go" Emily said casually as she finished up her pizza and stood up to grab her jacket.
I just stared at her while she put on her jacket.
She noticed my shocked expression and started giggling. "I'm so stupid" she said as she shook her head.
"Join the club, sunshine"
"I totally forgot to mention that I have to go out tonight" she said.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"My friend, Amber, called off her engagement last week and she's really upset so I said that I would come over to her house to talk to her and comfort her" Emily answered me and she looked very sincere.
"Okay" I said and I gave her a look to say that I understood.
"You can come too" she told me.
"No it's ok. I'm quite tired so I'm probably going to go to bed soon". I really was tired after the long flight that I had earlier and the time difference really put me off.
I hadn't exactly enjoyed the flight. Being stuck in an enclosed space for eight hours ,with turbulence happening every half hour, was not exactly my idea of fun.
My parents had demanded that I use their private jet but I didn't want to use anything that belonged to them because I didn't want them to feel like I needed them. I didn't want anything to do with them.
I decided to get an early night and I went to bed as soon as Emily left the apartment.
There was a loud 'bang' that startled me and I was awoken from my lovely dream of talking to Cameron Dallas.
Damn, I was just about to kiss him
I leapt from my bed and tiptoed to my door, trying to make minimum sound.
I opened my door a tiny bit and peaked outside into the living room. It was dark so all I could see was a shadow moving around. I knew it wasn't Emily because I could hear her snoring from her bedroom.
Great! The first night I move in, someone decides to break in. Could they not have done if yesterday???
I ran at the person and started attacking them.
I got them on the ground and held them there. I reached over for the light switch and flicked it on.
My jaw dropped when I saw who I was currently sitting on.
"Well, well, well. If it isn't little Sasha" Hunter said with a smirk.
