Alex's POV

As I grab my books for science and close my locker, I wish I hadn't as Sam, my best friend, is making out with Misty. Damn why did she have to be using him for maths marks. He's always had a crush on her so its sad because as soon as she doesn't need his help he'll be dumped and his heart will be broken. For this I absolutely hate her.

As I rush to class I have a bad feeling in my gut that something will happen that I won't enjoy.

Class goes quickly as we near the end Mr Stinto calls on Misty to answer a question and I smile, any money she wont know the answer or she'll get it wrong.

'I don't know sir' she says as I struggle to keep the laughter in. Mr Stinto turns to me.

'Very well, Alex?' He asks me I know of course they don't call me the smartest kid in school for nothing however what he says next shocks me.

'Before you all run out the door Alex and Misty please stay behind'

Why would he want us together? Separately it would be okay but we are completely different, she's the head bitch of the whole school, in fact head bitch is too nice a describing word.

Misty's POV

I squirmed in my seat as Mr Stinto looked around the room. I was probably the only student who didn't know the answer. I absolutely hate science. Mr Stinto must have mind reading skills because he only picks students who don't know the answer. ME!! Unless he chooses Alex who knows all the answers and Mr Stinto DEFITELY realises that Alex is a star student.

'Misty? What is the answer?' Mr Stinto asked me.

'I don't know sir'

'Very well, Alex?'

Of course he chooses Alex the smartest boy in the whole school. Oh well. I look up to the clock, yes only five more minutes, but I wasn't safe.

'Before you all run out the door Alex and Misty please stay behind'

Dammit, what the hell could he want me for! As I look around the class I can see Alex also looking extremely confused but that's understandable. He is the school good boy, plus he's really smart and won stuff like mathletes for our school, so putting us together there must be something weird going on. 

Not like I'm a good girl like him in fact I'm a bad girl. My family is insanely rich, I've had more boyfriends than I have fingers and toes and I like to think that I'm pretty as I have waist length chocolate brown hair or at least that's the colour it is today and my face is perfectly symmetrical. I'm the most popular girl in the school even for a grade eleven student

Finally after what seems like forever I here the bell ringing and I slowly get up. As I walk to the back trying to read Mr Stinto's expression but I can't. As I sit down in one of the student chairs I glance at Alex, he's solemn faced.

'Well sorry to say this Misty, but your grades are getting to low to pass' shit 'so I want Alex to be a student tutor' double shit Alex a student tutor this is bad, very bad. However I have a feeling it's about to get worse, sure enough Mr Stinto adds 'I have already talked to your parents and the tutoring will be at your house, Misty,' dammit how could you Mr Stinto I trusted you now what the hell am i going to do.

'You are dismissed'

Wholly crap Alex... ALEX at my house. No one other that Tahan, my BFF (and when I say BFF I literally mean forever or at least since day care which is a pretty long time for has been to my house. I have to get out of here. I casually speed walk in my 3 inch Jimmy Choos and pick up my Chanel purse, yes my family are rather rich my mum being the C.E.O. of a huge bank and my dad selling very expensive cars. But anyways I have to get to Tahan, luckily she's waiting by my lockeras usual, lucky shes so reliable.

'What's up' she asked.

'Nothing' I force out.

'Oh come on, I haven't been your BFF for ten years to be lied to'

'Yeh well I will tell you in the car' that made her quiet, good I don't want to make a scene. 

I grab my makeup bag the simple one with the basics if you could see all the makeup I own all together it would make even a tomboy girl gasp and get excited, that's how much I have.  

As I walk to Tahan's car I feel very nervous. How would she react, what would she think?

'So' omg I just realized that I was sitting in her car and she was addressing me

'I have to get a tutor, a student tutor' please don't connect the dots

'Wholly shit you have to get tutored by Alex!' Yep she figured it out. I sighed 'there's more, isn't there' damn she's good 'well what is it'

'The tutoring is at my house' I wince.

'Shit! He's the first guy at your house!' I nod solemnly as she turns the key to the bright pink car. 'But what will that mean?'

'I have no idea but I'll try to keep him out of the house as long as he doesn't go in to far' i just hope I can deal with this
