Chapter 2: The Man I Called

Shane's POV

For about 10 minutes after Lisa left, I just stood there, staring at the shards of glass on the floor and replaying what just happened in my head. Then I remembered Lisa telling me to get my shit out within two hours. I decided to call Joey Graceffa for help, one of my close friends and the reason I broke up with Lisa. I needed some comfort right then, and he was who I needed comfort from.

*phone convo*

Joey: Hello?

Shane: Hey Joey, it's Shane.

Joey: Well shoot boy, what's up?

Shane: Well, Lisa and I just broke up, and I was wondering if you could come and help me pack my stuff. I really need someone else here right now.

Joey: Oh, I'm so sorry Shane. Where are you gunna stay?

Shane: I don't know. Maybe with my mom. Or I can see if my brother has room for me.

Joey: No. I will not allow that. I will drive over in Satsuki (さつき) and you'll move in with me, end of story.

Shane: Are you sure Joey? I don't wanna be a burden...

Joey: You won't be, don't be silly boy! Shoot I gotta hang up, I'm driving now.

Shane: Thanks Joey. You're a good friend...

Joey: Don't worry 'bout it! See ya in ten. *hangs up*

*end of phone convo*

Joey's POV

My heart fell a little when Shane called me a "good friend." But, what was the expected? I mean, Shane's not gay, unlike me, who is as far from 'straight' as you can get. I had gotten really excited when Shane had said that Lisa and him had broken up. I had thought that I had a chance with the sexiest man on earth, but I never will. I don't know why I invited him to live with me in the first place. I mean it's going to be pretty akward... My thoughts trailed off as I realized I ha carried at Shane's apartment complex. I parked Satsuki and and walked up to Shane's door, wondering why he and Lisa had broken up. I knocked on the door as my thoughts wandered to how the two had seemed so perfect together, and I wondered what had torn them apart.

Shane's POV

Wow! I'm moving in with Joey Graceffa, the man I have a HUGE crush on! This day couldn't get any better! *Knock Knock Knock* That must be Joey! I open the door to Joey fucking Graceffa's beautiful green eyes staring into mine, and his perfect teeth smiling at me.

Joey's POV

OMG! Shane is sooooooooo cute! I realize I have to tell him I have a crush on him before he moves in, or else things will get really awkward really soon.

"Ummm... Shane?" I chimed, pulling him down into a sitting position on the couch with me.

"Yes Joey?" He answered me, looking confused.

"There's something I have to do... Before... Before we start packing..." I stuttered cursing myself for blushing NOW of all times. My voice trailed off as I looked into Shane's beautiful ocean-blue eyes, and I closed the distance between us. Our lips were within kissing distance, and I did what any other person would do in this situation. I put my hands on the back of his neck, pulling him closer. I closed my eyes as I slammed my lips onto his.

OMG! I have 19 reads! I know that's not a lot, but I'm happy people are reading my fic at all. So, I'm sorry about the wait, but I was just feeling really unmotivated. But here's chapter 2, and hopefully I will have chapter 3 uploaded real soon.
