I couldn't go back, not now. I love it here anyway. I can loose myself in this golden yellow wood, why would i want to go home? After all, I have skip with me, and he loves the wood too. we spend hours on end fighting giants and and exploring the unknown. Skip, despite not being able to talk, is my best friend. he's brave like me! but we shouldn't have left home, dad will be furious if we go back. I can't face him, i'm terrified of what you might do. unthinkable. The murky green canopy protects us. Skip wont settle, even though it is starting to get dark. the black sky engulfs the light, covering it up like a blanket. I don't want to think about tomorrow, times cold grasp will snatch us when the sun comes up. I can't run forever... I wish I could.
