Battleground

Tonight was my debut and I honestly wasn't very nervous. I was born for this and have been waiting for this my whole entire life. I was ready. I was in the divas locker room finishing up my makeup when I saw Nikki from the corner of my eye. She was so nice to me yesterday and I have to say I was a total asshole to her. Maybe I should go apologize. I finished my makeup and went towards her.

Sky: Nikki can I talk to you??

I asked her standing next to her makeup desk. She put her things down and looked at me.

Nikki: What's up??

Sky: I just wanted to say sorry for being a total asshole yesterday. You were so nice to me and I totally just blew you off. I really didn't want to be rude.

She smiled.

Nikki: I understand my sister isn't the easiest person to deal with so I forgive you and you coming over here and apologizing says a lot.

Sky: Yeah I'm kind of an asshole but I'll try to be nice to you and if I say something that offends you just tell me.

Nikki: Well I wouldn't want you to change your whole personality just for me. I can take it.

Sky: Are you sure??

Nikki: Yeah.

Sky: Okay.

Nikki: We're going out to eat after battleground you wanna come??

Sky: We??

Nikki: Aj, Nattie, and Trin.

Sky: Uh

Aj: Hey guys! What are we talking about??

Nikki: I'm inviting her to eat with us after the pay-per-view. Don't you think it's a great idea!

Aj: Yeah you should come. You could meet Trinity and Nattie. Their great.

Sky: I don't know The Shield-

Nikki: Woah, woah, woah did you just say The Shield??

Sky: Yeah I did. Their pretty cool guys. Well Dean and Seth at least.
Nikki: What are you talking about?? Roman is probably the sweetest and kindest of the three.
Aj: Yeah she's right. Roman is the gentleman out of the three.

But he was such a douche. Well apparently only to me.

Sky: Well I don't know they were going out to eat tonight and they invited me.

Nikki: Really?!?! They have never spoken to one of us. Well Roman and Brie used to have a thing but they broke up a while ago.

I don't know why I felt my blood boiling. I was jealous. Come on Skylar get your shit together. You don't like him. You can't.

Aj: Well the offer is on the table just in case you want to go.

Sky: I'll think about it.

Producer: Girls to the curtain!! Sky I need you right now!!

Sky: Got to go.

I told both Nikki and Aj as I ran towards the producer.

Sky: What's up??

Producer: Come out here your dad will explain the details.

I closed the locker room door and looked at my dad who had some jeans and a sweater in his hand.

Randy: Put these on.

I obeyed him and slid them on fast.

Sky: Why am I putting these on??
Randy: They want you to sit behind the announce table so you can just jump the barricade when you think the time is right to distract Brie.
