You woke to your phone vibrating on your table.

You groaned as you looked over at your alarm clock.

'Ugh... it's Sunday... don't people sleep these days?'

You picked up your phone.

Rubbing your eyes you texted back,
What are you talking about?

I'm taking you out

The beach

'Beach?' You thought looking out the window, the sun hadn't risen yet!

Go back to sleep Sesshomaru

You didn't expect a reply
'well I'm up now' you slumped to the bathroom still half asleep

'What if he was serious?'
You looked over yourself in the bathroom mirror.
Your hair was a mess and your face caked in smudged make up.

You started to panic.
It was the quickest shower ever,
You pulled some clothes together and changed so fast that in placing you foot into your shorts you tripped and cut near your elbow.

You slipped on some white/pink sneakers and quickly brushed and styled your hair.

A knock at your door told you time was up.

Sesshomaru stood in dark blue jeans and a white button shirt and polished shoes eyeing you in your white singlet and dark blue ripped shorts.

"I texted you"
He didn't seem happy at declaring this.

"Shit my phone!"
You turned to leave only to have him gran your sore arm still bleeding.
"Ow!"

"How on earth did you manage this?"

"I was going to clean it up but-"

"Nevertheless" he rose your arm to his lips and licked it.

You winced not in pain but shock,
Something you always were around him.

"Better. Let's go"

"My phone!"

"You will not need it"

You snatched your keys from bench as he pulled you out of the house.

At the beach Sesshomaru tugged you along in a hurry.

Too busy catching your breath you could ask why.

The clouds in the sky were beginning to lighten.

"Hurry along"
He called from the water

'How'd he get in there so fast!'

You pulled off your singlet and jumped out of your shorts, and your shoes.

"Ahh! S-so cold!"
"Quickly now" he impatiently ordered

'Yeah yeah...'
You forced yourself through the icy cold water beside him.

He stepped behind you and locked his arms around you instantly providing for your lack of heat, "keep your eyes over there"

You kept your eyes lock in place.

Moments in silence later the sun peaked out from the clouds.
The sky meshed purples and blues. The blazing golden of the sun shone it's rays directly down your align of path.
