Snow & Tricks [Discontinued]

Chapter 1

Snow covered the outskirts of Arendelle. The water frozen, making it hard to do trade with other countries as no one could get in or out. Some would think it was the queens doing as she still didn't have full control of her powers yet. But it was just an ordinary winter, natural, all part of the flow.

Elsa sighed as she walked up to her window noticing nothing has changed with the weather. "I wish I could do something." She sighed again, placing her hand on her forehead to try and figure out what to do. Supplies were running low and if she didn't do anything now there won't be food until the ice melts and who knows when that will be.

*knock, knock* "Elsa?" Someone called from behind the door. "Do you want to build a snowman?" They asked.

"Come on in Anna." Elsa repositioned herself, to make her seem less stressed over the fact that the food will run out eventually.

"You ok?" Anna walked in noticing her sister acting differently than she normally would.

"Of course I'm fine, why wouldn't I be?" Elsa sat down and smiled at her younger sister to reassure her nothing was wrong.

"It's just...just the fact that people are complaining about their food supplies running low and others say it's too cold to bare." She told the queen the news she dreaded to hear as sh knew it was only a matter of time, she'd hear the one thing she didn't want to hear from anyone especially from her own sister.

"I know, it's been on my mind since the fjord froze over. But a queen has to do something..." She told her sister.

"Why do I feel there's another but?" Anna said concern.

"But I have no idea what I should do." Elsa slouched down her chair.

"Come now Elsa, you're just over reacting." Anna said as she pulled up her sister.

"No, no I'm not. I just don't know what to do." She sat back down, much to the frustration of her sister who just helped her up.

"Hey you'll know what to do, sooner or later." Anna nudged Elsa as she sat down on the arm rest of the chair.

"I sure hope so." Elsa mumbled under her breath.

Elsewhere somewhere, where 'gods' were known to party, fight and do both at the same time was a place known as Asgurd home to a frost giants child though unknown to him was Loki Laufeyson or as he was called by others the Trickster, due to his many trickery and jokes.

"Ah brother don't look so down, it does not mix with this party environment." A big buff arm was wrapped around Loki's shoulders.

"Thor it's always like this, I just had enough of it." Loki said as he removed Thor's arm off his shoulders.

"Oh come now brother, it is a party after all. Lighten up." Thor said putting his arm back, only annoying Loki further more.

"Agh, I've had enough." Loki said once again removing Thor's arm and stormed off.

Leaving a confused Thor, but Thor soon forgot about him and started to party again.

Loki walked off to a place where he could have some peace, away from the party, away from Thor.

"That pig headed idiot." Loki mumbled to himself. "Why can't he understand that I don't like partying like everyone else." He threw a rock and watched it skid across the land, until it stopped.

"Come now, you know it's bad to talk ill of your brother." Freya spoke, as she walked to her somewhat distressed son.

"But he is and he'll never change." He sighed, picking up another rock and did the exact same thing he did a while a go.

"I know your brother is..." she was cut off by Loki who listed reasons why Thor was Thor.

"Pig headed, self-centred, stupid and worst of all he's idiotic."

"And still your brother." Freya stated.

"So what," he scoffed. "Sometimes I feel like he's not." He sighed.

Freya looked down, a frown forming. "You two are brothers, whether you like it or not." She said comforting her son.

"I wish we weren't." He mumbled under his breath.
