Now boarding flight 81. Have a nice day. I waved to my mother, walking into the boarding dock. I was leaving for a week to stay with a distant family member in Ireland. My cousin recently died of an automobile accident, and my aunt Caitria offered to buy me a plane ticket to visit the funeral. I hoped to catch up on some studies of my heritage, but more on that later.
I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Christelle Landi, and I live in Seattle, Washington. My cousin Alfred is the one who was in the accident, and I haven't seen him or my aunt since I was little. I live with my mom and my dad, in a two-story house right by a run-down park. I've always been quite the computer tech, and I watch YouTube videos daily with my friends.
I jumped off of my flight at around 5 pm, and walked down the busy walkways of the airport in Athlone. I walked around aimlessly for awhile, and then I received a text from my aunt.
Running late, had to pick up a few necessities. Meet me at the coffee shop downtown. ~Aunt Caitria
I studied the mini shops around the airport. I had some time to kill, and I brought a few extra dollars to buy anything I found interesting. I walked over to the gift shop, picking up a few books by my favorite YouTubers. This Book Loves You was the first one I picked up right away. I laid my books on the counter, and transferred my american currency into euros.
I made my way downtown, taking in all the sights. This country was absolutely beautiful! I walked up to the closest cafe and peered into the window. I saw my aunt sitting at a booth with someone else. I could tell he was male, and about five feet tall. I couldn't see his face, due to him facing my aunt. He wore a light grey hat, and a green t-shirt. Could it be...?
I entered the cafe, and my aunt instantly noticed me. "My god, Christelle! Is that really you?" she stood from her booth. I grinned. "Sure is, aunt Caitria! It's great to see you after so long!" I exclaimed. She walked up and hugged me, caressing my hair as she used to do when I was a child. I stepped back and looked over at the guy questionly, and she seemed to understand my thoughts. "Oh, right! Christelle, I'd like you to meet your second cousin, Seán." The guy in question turned around and flashed me a smile, proving me correct.
It was Jacksepticeye! He was my cousin? "Hi there, Christelle! The names Seán, but i'm better known as..." I stood there with my mouth agape. "...Jack. Your fans call you Jack." He smiled proudly, happy to know that I recognized him. "Exactly! I'm guessing you know who I am?"
"Of course I know who you are! You're one of the coolest guys on YouTube!" I stared in disbelief. I am related to one of the coolest guys on YouTube.
My aunt laughed, and turned to Jack. "I told you that she would know who you are! She tells her mom about you and Mark all the time!"
"Hang on, you mean mom has known about us being related and never told me?"
"Yes. Is that a bad thing?"
"Well, duh!"
Jack laughed at our bickering, and then turned to me. "I can see you're still kinda in shock. It must be cool to learn that you're related to someone who's a bossatronio, huh?" I nodded. I still couldn't get over the fact that we were related. "And I think," Jack started, "That I owe you for lost time." He walked a few feet closer to me, and wrapped me into a hug. I had basically melted into his arms. I have always wished to be hugged by Jack and Mark. My wishes are coming true right in front of my eyes!
Jack finally let go of me after a few good seconds, and smiled at me. I smiled back weakly, still in shock. I heard the bell from the door chime, and I turned around to see who had entered. I gasped, and almost fell to my knees.
