Before the divorce I loved Fridays. Now I mainly dread them. Why? Try spending your weekend with no internet connection with a mentally Ill old lady, your ten year old autistic sister, and your Dad. Oh! I nearly forgot no internet! I guess my dad and sister weren't so bad, but my grandma who was constantly anxious got on my nerves. I loved her though. Ever since my dad had started taking us I hated the moment the school bell would ring and I would have to go home and pack my things. But this Friday would be even worse. It was the day before Christmas break. We would have to spend six days with my dad. Yes, I said six. As the final bell rang, I gathered my stuff at my locker. As, I rushed to the bus I fished my phone out of the pocket of my hoodie. Michelle, my best friend ever told me took look up some things. She had even wrote them down. I also found the list in my pocket, I scanned the contents.
1. Twenty-one pilots
2. My Chemical Romance
3. Black veil Brides
4. All time low
5. Green day
6. Troye Sivan
7. Panic! At The Disco
8. Fall out boy
9.Melanie Martinez
10. HalseyMichelle and I had similar taste in clothes, music, and even books. I looked up the first one on my favorite music app Spotify. I clicked on the first thing that came up. It was a song called Stressed out. It was sorta weird, but I liked it. Kinda like a weird snack that you try once and like, but soon you can't get enough of it. I let it play. I found the seat where Nicole, my other best friend usually sat. She wouldn't be here today. She had to go to the football field for a football game. She was a cheerleader, I was a cheerleader too, but right now it was volleyball season and the only reason I was on the bus was we didn't have practice. Eventually Stressed out finished. I found out they had a whole album called Blurryface. I played the album the rest of the way home. When I got home it was almost three in the afternoon. Just a few short hours before my dad came. Next I looked up My Chemical Romance. They were super good. I finished up with their songs about ten minutes before my dad came. By that time I had all my stuff around and ready. My dad called and said he was in the driveway. I told my mom goodbye and gave her a hug. And stepped out the door for the long, dreaded week.
