Megan's Pov
I wake up hearing screams coming from the kitchen. Mom must have been making breakfast. I wonder what's happening but I don't dare go into the kitchen, so I just get ready for yet another day of school where I get bullied and teased because of my scars and bruises.
~moments after getting up~
I'm finished putting on my clothes and start walking into the kitchen because the screams where done. I start to get my cereal and a spoon out and put it on the table then start walking to the fridge so I can grab some milk. I start to make my cereal while my mom was crying on the floor.(I don't dare see u she's okay because if I do then I'll get beat.) I start eating my cereal and when I'm finished I wash and dry my dishes and put them away. I go to Darrel (My step dad) and tell him that I'm done eating and that I've cleaned and dry my dishes and put them away. All he says is "okay now go to school" in a stern voice. So I nod and grab my back pack and leave for school
~Skipping the walk to school because I'm really lazy~
I got to school and because I have no friends u go straight to my locker. People walk by laughing at me and saying "Wow what a freak. She's such a loser" it's about half an hour until the warning bell rings so I go to my spot and start drawing while listening to sleeping with sirens on the flip phone I got for my birthday.
