Charlotte's Point of View

I took a ton of photos and sat down to look at them only a few were blurry I quickly deleted them. The practice was finally over I headed over to the GM's office and waited. I sat down in a burgundy colored chair with black legs and arms. I starred at the door I was jolted out of my thoughts when Sidney (Crosby) came and sat down beside me.

"So are you excited?" He asked

"I'm excited, yeah but I'm really, really nervous." I stated

"You'll do great!" He said with a smile.

"Thanks." I said and smiled at him.

"You have a really pretty smile did you know that?"

"Thank you." I said while blushing.

"So who are you dating?" He asked. Well this is awkward.

"My boyfriend's name is Nick. He's a Russian soccer player." I replied back thinking of Nick.

"Can I see a picture of him or you to? I think I've herd of Nick before." He asked.

"Sure!" I said back answering his question.

I took out my iPhone he smiled at the case well it has him hoisting the Stanley Cup. So I'm not surprised he smiled.

"I like your case." He said. I giggled.

I looked through my photos to find a nice one of me in a teal dress and Nick in a dress shirt and pants. We are sitting on a bench his arm around me. The flowers blooming behind us and the trees. Both of us are smiling I love this picture. I handed my iPhone to Sidney and he smiled when he saw it.

"I've watched him play before, he's basically famous you know." He told me.

"Yeah I know. I try not to let it get to my head. It's hard with the interviewers and the photographers for magazines some times I have to do a few photos with him or on my own."

"I understand completely being in the NHL the interviewers never stop, along with the photographers."

"I thought you would." I said with a smile.

"Anyways this is a really great photo of you to."

"Thanks, I really like it too."

We would be talking for longer but the GM made it up the stairs to his office.

"I'll wait out here for you." Sidney said. I smiled and nodded at him. I smoothed out my jeans and shirt, stood up and put a big smile on my face. It's now or never.

"Hi Charlotte come into my office and we'll talk and look at the photos." The GM said.

When I walked into his office I was amazed. I saw it was painted blue and brown wooden, lamented floors. I turned my gaze to the right to see his black desk that was neatly organized with bins underneath the desk with file folders of all different colors. The top his desk had a MacBook and an iPad. There were penguin pictures of the whole team hung neatly all around the room. There was a white rug with a black penguin on the floor holding a hockey stick. There was lots of windows which brought in lots of natural light there was a lamp on his desk and lights in the ceiling. There were lots of Pittsburg Penguins stuff all around the room placed neatly. Finally there was a black chair with weals sitting behind the desk and two white leather chairs sitting in front. I sat down in the white chair on the right.

"These are awesome photos, like I mean sell for 80-100 bucks photos."

"Thank you sir."

"We recently lost our head photographer and I was hoping you would take the job, you can think this over if you like."

"Sir I don't need to yes,yes YES!" I said as I jumped out of my chair.

"We will talk money another time, but you have the job." I was now grinning from ear to ear.

"Thank you sir." I said "Is that all?"

"Yes your dismissed."

"Thank you sir!"

I ran outside and jumped up and down like an idiot. With a huge grin on my face from ear to ear. I have done it I made my job.

"Okay hockey princess did you make it?" He asked. Before I could answer him he said, "Like I couldn't tell!" He then got up and I jumped on his back for a piggyback.

Jordan's (Staal) Point of View

"Looks like Sid's hitting it off over there!" I told the team and pointed out to where Sidney was giving Charlotte a piggy back and racing around everywhere with her. Everyone laughed but Matt (Cooke) looked angry and jealous.

"Dude calm down she has boyfriend Sid can not make move anyway" Malkin said. Everyone agreed with him. "I don't want to be her girlfriend I want to be her overprotective brother kind of friend." I said

"We all should look after her agreed?" Asked Kris (Letang)

"Agreed" Chorused around the room.

I was getting used to the guys and I was used to vein carried over people's backs and the guys moods swings wether they lost or won. Geno and Nick have made friends and the rest of the guys were coming over tonight to meet Nick and my puppy, Kara. I was really excited my best friend got a job here in Pittsburg and is going to move in with us.
