How to mend a Broken Heart

  Each of us,in one way or another, has experienced how it is to have a broken heart and in so many ways we try to mend it. Unfortunately, we never succeed simply because we don't know how. Nursing a broken heart is hard, especially during the first week. So cry if you must today, because tomorrow you will have to face the reality no matter how painful it would be.

  Here are few tips on mending a broken heart:

  1. Get rid of the things that remind you of him/her.

  2. Don't listen to radio station playing soppy love songs. Or don't listen at all or just simply turn off the radio when your song begins to play.

  3. Don't stay in your room. Or go to the place the two of you hang-out for now.

  4. If your feeling alone call your friends. Or visit your family or close relatives. If the conversation leads to her/him. Tell them about it don't keep it to yourselves. You'll feel better later.

  5. Be busy,schedule lots of activities. So you will have a little time to think about him/her.

  6. Don't overeat or starve yourself.

  7. Don't keep on staring at his/her picture. Reading his/her love letters. And wondering what he/she is doing.

  Yes, time is the greatest healer of all wounds of heart. Be patient for the time comes when you will wake up one morning and will realize that you have forgotten about him/her entirely. Don't just sit there and wait for the time to come. Do those things above and act now......
