in this story, louis is a ghost.

harry is a boy who has recently moved to this new town, in a old house.
not the stereotypical haunted type of house, where there's cobwebs and creaking doors, no.

just a house that's kind of old but still functioning and well.

in this story, there is a ghost council (yes i know, stupid), and each ghost is allocated a house/person to watch over. louis is allocated with harry.

the ghosts are allowed to visit the person or house as much as they want or whenever they want, but they are not to be noticed, or create suspicion.

unfortunately, louis is a very clumsy ghost. he knocks over things all the time and can never seem to be quiet.

harry has always been very paranoid of every thing so if something supernatural was to happen, he would flip shit.

that was basically a brief explanation/description of what this story is going to be about and what the characters are like.

just a few more things;

the ghosts are able to control over some things, the small things, and are able to alter emotions a bit. 

they do not float. they can walk through walls and stuff, but only at certain times. otherwise it it just like a human, they walk, sleep, eat, dress- you get it. 

that should be it, if not, i'll include it at the end of a chapter.
