Percy always insists on cooking just so he can make the food blue. He has Annabeth help but he usually does it by himself. And when Annabeth cooks and doesn't make anything blue Percy refuses to eat and goes to sit on the couch. He eventually gets over the fact that it's not blue because Annabeth worked hard on cooking and he didn't want the food to go to waste.
