Prologue

The dates have been announced and South Africa isn't there.

"Complete crap," says one girl.
"Why the hell not," says another.
"We need to do something about this," said the last.

And so they did.

We were added to a Whatsapp group and made great friends,had great conversations and sent lots of pictures, videos and voicenotes back and forth. 50+ girls where on this group and they all wanted to know the same thing....

So they started the #SouthAfricaWantsSLFL and said every tweet they made from then on had to have that tag and a mention to get their attention.

"We have to make it trend, once it does people will help, we'll get more attention," said Ollie, a group member.
"We need at least 10000 tweets for it to trend."

Now I know what your thinking, "Wow easy shit ," not when each member has to make 100 tweets per hour, every hour.

This book basically shows what we had to do to try and reach trending, which we haven't done yet. We need your help. We need your tweets, your accounts your time.
