Birth of a new Scarlet speedster

2030/07/23. 
Central city.

It all begins when the Barry Allen aka the flash called out his son and his adopted son, his son's name is Winter and the other adopted son name is Freezy. It was exactly around 21:49,  The scarlet speedster knew that there will be a blue lightning gonna hit central city at 21:54 and that particular lighting will give the same powers as the particle accelerator gave Barry, maybe even more power that what the scarlet speedster has. So,he called both winter and freezy together to the roof top of STAR LABS and yes, star labs do exists on 2030. He called his son winter forward and winter gave a quick hug to Freezy and freezy in a soulful wishper wishes winter all the best and winter then took a deep breath came forward and the clock ticked, it was exactly 21:54 and Barry and the others were waiting for the lightning to occur but it's been few mins and still the lightning didn't strike, winter lost hope but Barry still had a hope that the lightning would strike at any sec and there was one another person who was also hoping that the lightning can strike at any sec.

Its none other that freezy, Barry looks at Freezy and he saw a 'spark of hope' on freezy's eyes and the lightning occurred with a heavy sound and Barry started creating his red lightning from him to control that lighting and make it fall on his son winter and scarlet speedster started controlling the lightning and all he has to do now is to make that lightning fall on winter but as all old people quote ' Always expect the unexpected ' the twist then happens, when Barry had full control of the lightning suddenly it became vigorous and he was not able to control it and the lightning falls on Freezy.

For a few secs there's blue lightning all over central city, even people in the loop coners can see the blue coloured lightning, Winter was in a huge shock as the lightning was supposed to hit him and rather it falls on freezy, and when everything is over freezy collapses and Barry with his super speed catches freezy before falling on ground.

Barry is trying so hard to make freezy to come back to normal but freezing ended upon cardiac arrest and when all the efforts of making him come back to life fails he created red flash over his two hands and pumped his on freezy chest, freezy came back to life with a blue eyes and with tears all over barry's eyes, Barry hugged freezy and wishpered into his years that 'for one sec I thought I lost u' and freezy replied with a soulful smile and he couldn't talk anything else and Barry made him rest on the lab and freezy was fast asleep.

Freezy woke up after 20hrs, he has no idea what was going on there,then there was caitlyn giving a relief smile and there's Winter in the corner, as soon as freezy opened his eyes he went out of the room and then caitlyn explained freezy what all haf happened and in few secs Barry enters the room and gave a tight hug to Freezy and apologized for all the happenings and he said everythings gonna be alright and Barry said ' i need to talk to him alone' and caitlyn kissed freezy in his forehead and left the room and Barry sat in the bed and said ' freezy, the lightning chose you and I hope you'll serve its purpose to its fullest ' and Barry hesitated to tell something and freezy asked him ' dad, just tell me what you wanna say' and then Barry finally said that ' I need you to go to the past by time travel and you need to help me with something ' and freezy didn't asked anything, he just told him that ' just tell me what I should do.
