Waking Up

You woke up, your vision slowly returning. Looking around, you realized you were in a bed, covered with the softest and most comfortable blankets you have ever felt. You didn't want to get up, but you knew you had to. Only then did you remember you were thrown against a wall of the Nether before being knocked-out. You sat up straight, a surge of pain running through your mid-section. Curious, you lifted up your shirt to see yourself wrapped in gauze. Suddenly, you realized the only person who could have done this was... Herobrine. You jumped up, reaching for your sword. Of course, Herobrine had taken it. You knew he wasn't Einstein, but he was smart. Tip-toeing down the hall, you searched for a way out. A noise behind you suddenly made you jump. It was Herobrine, smiling at you, with his evil and crooked smile. "Going somewhere?"

Looking into his bright white eyes, you said with complete seriousness, "Yes, I am. You're not going to stop me either." His eyes seemed to brighten with humor. "Go ahead then. I would just like to see you try." You glared at him, taking off down one of the halls. He watched, wondering what you were going to do. You were heading straight down one of the halls, getting closer to a large window, which marked your dead-end. He snickered as you continued to run. But you were a bad-ass, so you jumped through the window, smashing it, and doing a front roll as you landed. His eyes widened in surprise, and he stood there for a moment, bewildered. He quickly shook his head, remembering you were trying to escape. He smiled warmly, thinking how awesome you were. Quickly but quietly, he teleported after you. You had no idea he was following you, but not trying to stop you.

Herobrine's POV

She was so awesome, minus the fact that I now have a window to fix. I was following her, wondering what she would do next. I mean, she had already punched out a couple Pigmen who were trying to capture her, but how was she planning to get back to the Overworld? I also felt something for her already, but it was unlike the hate I felt for most mortals. What the hell was it? Maybe she wasn't mortal... That could be the only way. But there is only one tale I have heard of a girl immortal... No. No way, it couldn't be real... Well, there was only one way to find out.

Your POV

You ran through the flames and lava, throwing off a couple Pigmen every now and then. You eventually got a hold of one of the golden swords, disgusted at how weak the sowrd was. It would have to do for now. Herobrine suddenly appeared in front of you, making you jump and swing your sword. He grabbed it, crushing it to tiny pieces with his hand. You stared at the sword handle left in your hand, then walked up to him, looking him angrily in the face. "Don't scare me like that!" He laughed, his bright eyes dimming down a bit. He seemed so nice now, and you swore you saw something spark in his eye. You didn't question it, and you tried not to think about it either. He was still looking at you, at when you noticed this, he blushed a very light pink. You could barely tell he did, but it was noticeable. Herobrine seemed to snap back into focus before asking you a strange question. "Who are your parents?" He asked, his bright white eyes full of curiosity. "Well," You started, then you remembered that you didn't really know your family. You had been orphaned as a child, and escaped the dreadful orphanage you had been placed in as a baby.  "I don't really know my parents..." You said, glancing down at the ground glumly. Herobrine seemed to notice your sadness, so he placed one of his strong arms around you. It was awkward for you, because you knew this was the same guy who tried to kill you hours earlier.

Herobrine's POV

I knew how it was like to be orphaned, so when I saw her face, I had to try and comfort her. Ugh, the word "comfort" just makes me gag. I never felt this way for anyone... This is not right... After I had placed my arm on her shoulder, I could tell she was feeling uneasy and stiff. I blushed darkly, hoping she didn't notice. I quickly took my arm away, telling her that it would be best if we got some sleep. She agreed, and we silently walked back to the mansion. I showed her to her room, and I could tell she was freaked out by the fact that it looked almost exactly like her own at home. I quickly shut the door before she could question me, and I headed to my own room. I shut the door behind me, leaning up against it and sighing. "What is wrong with me?!" I shouted, knowing that (y/n) wouldn't be able to hear me because I was all the way on the other side of the mansion. I plopped down in my large, soft bed, and it felt bigger and more empty than usual. It was registering to me what I was feeling, but how could an evil and sinister guy like me feel this way to someone? I was feeling... "love"... As I thought, a sharp pain seemed to go through my heart. "Argh! What the hell?!" I have to do something about this...
