Ahhh.... new week, new day, and new dress. Yippee! Notice the sarcasm. I was walking to class when bumped into Ruby Flames.
"Hey." I replied. Even though my parents warned me about Ruby and her brother Conner, to stay away from them, I never listened.
"Hey Platinum. Where you heading?" She asked.
Ruby likes to me 'platinum' because she says that she feels weird calling me 'darling'. I understand that....... I think. I don't, but its fine.
"Math."
"I see. Have you seen the new student?" Ruby asked. I shook my head.
"Okay."
"What's her/his name?" I asked.
"Its a boy and....what was it? Lase? No. Base? No. Nase? No. Pase? No. Ah, yes! Chase Redford. From Wonderland."
Me eyes widened and I smiled.
"I know him! When we went to Wonderland!"
Ruby smirked and nodded.
"You know, I like you. But you know that you're blushing, right?"
"Really?!" I asked. Ruby nodded. I quickly grabbed my purse, and looked for my mirror and saw my face. I was as red as lipstick on Apple's lips.
Did I have a thing for Chase? I haven't seen him in months. What if he doesn't remember me?
"Um Platinum,"
"Yes?"
"Redford. Coming your way,"
"Huh?"
"Darling?"
I turned around, I saw him, standing right there.
