Being pushed around

I woke up to someone pushing me off of my bed onto the cold hard floor.

I look up and it Mrs.Cake.

"Its adoption day! Get your rotten ass up, or there are punishments." Mrs.Cake says

I've learned to follow directions and to cry when no one is around.

I get up off of the floor and go to my little bag that has, one pair of socks, one pair of pjs, and one dress. No shoes.

I put my used to be bright yellow dress on and sit on my bed.

There is a ding on the intercom meeting to come downstairs and get ready for adoption.

I make my way to the door and open it. I'm about to turn the corner when I hear Susy Lee call my name.

"Oh Morgan."

I slowly turn around. Susy bullies me with no mercy.

"What are you doing out of your room when there is no point of going downstairs. No one ever is gonna adopt you!" She says as she makes her way over to me.

I stay quiet.

"What? You afraid?" With that she pushes me to the floor and then steps one my hand with her little heels.

"Oh get up you little baby" she screams.

I don't move.

She kicks me square in the stomach.

"Just go back to your room you worthless piece of junk." She bends down and whispers to me.

I wait until she walks away to get up.

I slowly get up and limp to my room.

Once I'm in my room, I go to the corner, put my head into my knees and cry, more like sob.
