The Invasion

Chapter 1

I'm 18 years old
Well let's start with me my adopted Earth name is Kai, but my real name is soul.

I live in two different houses; one is my dad's and the other is my mom's. My family is my mom, my dad, my step mom, my oldest little sister Raven(from my mom and dad), my youngest little sister Lailyah(also from my mom and dad), and my little brother Way(from my step mom and dad).

It seems like I'm the only freak in my family; because of my ability and my body changing strangely weird like able to run twice as fast, eat four times my plate, to see clearly without my glasses(I still wear them anyway), and more. I would though that my family thinks that I was a freak, but somehow they understand me like they knew what was going on with me.

11 years ago...
I was little when I made my first friend since I moved. When I saw him he creep the hell out of me and not just because he was dark skin. It was actually his smile and his soul that creep me out, but for some reason it seem natural like a huge wicket tree in a holy forest of mystery or something like that.

As we went into my room trying to figure out what we're going to do; a few minutes later he says "hey my name is D-eir and you must be Kai." I'm guessing that my dad spoke about me to him or something. It's was like he had a strong New Orleans accent. His accent was actually pretty cool. "I think we're going to be great friends." I said trying to be friendly.

3 years later
My mom went to the park to meet an old friend of her, and lucky for me her friend had a son named Kail. I saw him at the basketball court. "Kail right; I'm Kai." Trying to act cool but at the same time being myself. Kail offered me to play some ball, so we did and we were going hard. When the game ended it was a tie and he never had someone take himself too the next level. "I can already tell we're going to be great friends." Said that with a smile. Kail shakes his head trying to say yeah, and still trying to catch his breath. Then we fist pound and went back to our moms.
