"Follow me!" Lea said with an evil smirk and walked to the balcony. She walked straight through the waterfall wall, on the other side she was still bone dry. Alanis cautiously walked through the wall but she felt no water touch her. Lea laughed at her astonishment and turned to face the lake. She moved her arms and water surged toward them. A path formed leading down and around the building. Lea stepped onto it and made room for Alanis. She gingerly approached it, after touching her foot to it a few times Lea grabbed her arms and pulled her up onto it.
"This is awesome!" Alanis gasped as she looked down at the water stairs. "Is it hard to do?"
"At first it was hard to concentrate, and do the motions, but if you practice, it's easy."
"Well come on! Let’s go find my brother!" Alanis said and they started walking. They decided to get everyone then to check the lunch area first. As they approached it, people turned and started mumbling. They continued to walk through, looking for a now grown up Andy. As they passed 1 of the tables a guy stood up and accidentally bumped into Alanis. Everyone that was watching gasped loudly. The guy slowly and stiffly turned around.
"Lana?" He said and Alanis grinned widely.
"Dewy!" She squealed and wrapped her arms around his neck. His arms immediately wrapped around her, and he started whispering things like 'I missed you so much' or 'You're so big now'
"Ah hello we are still living and breathing and visible too." Martin stated and Andrew let her go.
"Awe little Mart, did you miss me?" Andrew asked with uncharacteristic arrogance in his tone.
"I only missed kicking your butt." Martin retorted. Andrew laughed then started to hug everyone, but stopped and gulped when he saw Katlyn.
"Hi Andy." She said softly with a little wave.
"Wow Kat, you look... wow." Andy said.
"Watch it." Jazpard growled. He was very protective of his little sister, especially around Andrew. Katlyn had had a crush on Andrew since she had been about 5, and on a few occasions he'd used it manipulate her. Andrew shot a nasty look at Jazpard then hugged Katlyn.
"Lana have you seen Dad yet?" Andrew asked as he pulled away from Katlyn.
"Daddy's here?!" Alanis asked excitedly.
"Yeah come on!" Andrew said while grabbing Alanis' wrist, and pulling her away. As she ran by, she grabbed onto Lea's arm, and the others followed. Andrew took them through a lot of halls before stopping in the doorway of a large -slightly bare- padded room. In the middle, standing in front of a bunch of younger kids, stood a middle aged man. His black hair slicked back, many laugh lines surrounded his bright blue eyes, and he was dressed in all black.
"Daddy." Alanis breathed softly. The man's head snapped in her direction, and his speaking faltered. "Daddy!" Alanis shouted then ran toward him. She jumped in his arms, and started to tear up. Alanis had always been Daddy's little girl, and when her parents broke up years ago, she cried for days.
"Ally! My little girl!" He said while stoking her face. "My Princessa." He whispered.
"Daddy I missed you so much." She whispered.
"Me too Princessa." He said then pulled away. "Um, uno momento." He said the students then pulled Alanis to the side. "Aren't you supposed to be on the school tour?" He asked, and Alanis gave him her famous 'I am so innocent' look.
"The Headmaster was demeaning to me, so I basically told him to shove his private tour, and give me our room keys." Alanis said in a sweet tone that always got to her dad.
