" Taylor and Karlie, breakfast is ready" said our housekeeper,Joann (pronounced Jo-ann)
My dad had told her to call me and my friends by our names, and not to address us as Miss etc
"Coming Joann!" I shouted with my still-very-tired voice. "Karlie, wake up, wake up"
"Huh? What? Oh okay." said Karlie
We quickly got dressed and rushed downstairs to find my mom and dad already there. We gave each other looks before we sat down
"Goodmorning girls" my dad said
"Goodmorning Dad" I said
"Goodmorning Uncle Scott" Karlie said
The chefs brought in the breakfast, man was it big! You could see the surprised expression on Karlie's face so I giggled a little. Then she looked at me and gave me 'the nod' to say that it was time to ask. I nodded back and cleared my throat to get their attention.
"Dad, can I ask you something?" I said
"Sure honey, whats bothering you?" he replied
"Well Uncle Scott, Taylor would really love to go to a normal High School. She has basically no friends other than me! I'll take very good care of her, nobody would dare to lay a finger on her! Please Mr President, she's been home-schooled her whole life, I think it's time she got a taste of the real world. If you keep home-schooling her she won't be able to take care of herself when she's older" interrupted Karlie
"Whoa, where's all this coming from? Taylor you've never complained about this before. Why now all of a sudden? Is it the teachers? Is it Mrs Davidson?" asked Scott, surprised and confused
" Yeah, well now I just want to be a NORMAL girl! I want to have lots of friends, I want to experience different faces, not just the ones I see EVERYDAY! I'm sick of it, it's like i'm an imprisoned criminal! " shouted Taylor
"Well Taylor, if that's how you really feel, then why didn't you just say so in the first place?" asked Andrea
"I have! Multiple times, but nobody listens or you just tell me 'its safer this way Taylor'. How am I ever supposed to find a good husband if you keep me locked up in her-"
"Fine Taylor, you can go to a normal school. I'll speak to the principal of Karlie's school and you'll be enrolled by Monday. It's Sunday today so you girls have enough time to prepare for everything before Karlie goes home" said Scott
"Wait, Mr President did you just say what we thought you said?" asked Karlie, her eyes widened
"Well, if you thought I said Taylor can go to a normal High School then yes. Yes I did." he replied with a smile on his face
"Oh my gosh daddy!! Thank you so much! I love you, I love you! " said Taylor, jumping up and hugging her dad and mom
Karlie and I hugged each other and went straight to my room. I have honestly never been so happy and excited and nervous all at once!

" Okay, first thing's first. We need to go shopping and totally change out your WHOLE wardrobe!" Karlie said as soon as we reached my room. "But before we do that, let me tell you something about High School'
"In High School, there are levels or rankings. You get mean girls, jocks(girl or boy), cool kids and the nerds. So, which one do you want to be? I'm kind of a cool kid" she added
"I wanna be a cool kid too! But I also don't want to seem 'too' cool, so a little bit nerdy I guess.
"Okay, cool but nerdy. Got it." said Karlie, writing it down "Lets go then"
"We need lots of dresses for you, and baseball jackets, sunglasses, jeans, shorts, checkered shirts, tank top, about 7 pairs of converse shoes as well" she said as we got to the mall
"Okay well lets get in that shop" I said as we went in Crush Boutique
We cleaned out almost every single shop there was in the mall, I got so many dresses I've lost count. Macey's was our last stop before we went home.

"Taylor, remember to wear the outfit I picked out for you! Do your hair the way I showed you!" shouted Karlie as she drove through the gate
"I will!" I shouted back
I still can't believe i'm going to real actual school tomorrow! EEK!
I grabbed a bowl of Frozen Mango Chunks and went upstairs and watched Gossip Girl until I fell asleep.
