chapter 22

NIALLS P.O.V.

It was Saturday night and we were on our way to a party but I was still determined to find out what was wrong with Kendall before the night was over. when we got to the party there was a lot of drunk people acting crazy and making out. A lot of girls were trying to get me to dance but I just pushed them off and kept looking for kendall. I walked around the whole party and eventually found her at the bar drinking the most I have ever seen her drink. She was slurring words and trying dance but falling a lot. I got her off the ground and told her that we needed to go home but she protested at first and said she wanted to dance and have more drinks but I told her no and got all the boys to help me bring her home.

KENDALLS P.O.V.

When we got to the party I lost all the boys and somehow found my way to the bar. I sat down and started ordering some drinks because I think drinking will help me not think about Niall. After about 10 drinks I lost my memory of what happened after that.

NIALLS P.O.V.

Once we got her in the car she started blabbering and none of us were paying attention until she said she was just trying to drink away the pain of her step dad beating her. She continued by saying he beat her mom and she didn't do anything because she was scared to leave him. She started crying so I held her and whispered songs in her ears to relax her while the boys all looked at her in shock. I shook my head at them and mouthed at them not to ask.
