Chelia Dragneel got hit in the back of the head while walking with her older brother in the streets of Kibiji Oshumaty.
"Chelia!!!!" screamed Natsu as he saw his baby sister get hit on the head and then beat the ever livin SHIT out of the guys who did this.
Time skip after fight
When Natsu got back to the ship his other sister Wendy was waiting with a smile but it soon disappeared when she saw the condition her sister was in and rushed over.
"Nat, is she okay?!?!" Wendy asked frantic while her brother just nodded and walked to his quarters with his younger sister following eager to help her sister
"Wen get cotton swaps, bandage, and water!" Natsu said while his sister did that he layed his other sister on his bed and took off her top and moved her hair from what he could tell she had a broken rib, bruises and a concussion but to be sure he had to wait till Wendy came back, she is the Medic on the ship. Just then the door opened and Wendy came in and immediately went to work. After she was sone Chelia was rapped around her stomach, ribcage and head and after 6 or 7 days she was up and runnin again....... But NOT BEFORE MAKING NATSU HER PERSONAL SERVANT FOR A WEEK
