As I'm walking home a cold breeze hits me and its August. I'm a little creeped out now. I feel a presence behind me but I just walk faster and don't look back. I run as fast as I can home. When I get there my mom, dad, and older sister Melody are there.

" Hey Mel when did you come home from college? I mean you didn't call like you always do when you come home to visit." I asked a little bit frightened. " Gwen dad, mom and me all have something to tell you. It has to do with that mark you have on your arm." Mel said.

" How did you know I was going to ask about it?" I asked even more frightened than before. " Well Gwen that mark is the mark of a vampire hunter. Our family has been doing it for centuries. Why do you think dad is always gone on his so called 'work trips'. Gwen he's out killing those damned discussing blood suckers. I also haven't been going to college. I've been training with dad. And Gwen it seems its time for you to also start." Mel said.

I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs. What the actual fuck! Do they just expect me to go off hunting vampires with them? No fucking way in hell am I doing that at 17. No thank you. " What? You guys do know I'm not doing this! I'm too young and at least want to finish high school first! " I screamed at them.

" Gwen c'mon! You're going to do it! " My dad screamed that right back into my face. " Just give me a few weeks to think alright please you owe me it." I said. " Alright fine but don't bail out or Gwen so help me!" " I understand alright dad!" I said with attitude.

* next day*

I can't believe it! My fucking family hunts vampires. God what has this world become? Well I have no fucking clue! I should just get to school and forget about everything for awhile. Ya that sounds good.

I walk into school and meet up with Amber. I told her everything over the phone the night I got told about the huge secret or whatever. " So did I tell you my older brother got back from Maryland last weekend?" Ambs said. " What! I didn't even know you ha a brother! " I said shock clear in my voice.

" Well I do and he's been acting super weird lately." Ambs said with worry lacing her voice. " It's like he's in some trance keeps going on and on about this girl he's met. It's like he's obsessed with her. He keeps doing bad things to. I have no clue why though?" Amber sounded so concerned about her brother.

I felt sad too. " Has he told you anything about the girl?" I asked. " The only thing is that her name is Cassandra Jacobs." Amber said. " Well then maybe he's just love struck y'know?" I said trying to make her stop worrying. " Ya...... Like you and Harry!" She said. " Shut up someone could hear you! Well I gotta get to first block, see you later Ambs."

I admit I have a tiny little crush on Harry. But it's small ok calm your ass.

As I was walking I bumped into Louis Tomlinson. " Oh my goodness! I'm sorry I'm such a klutz." I said locking eyes with him. " Its no problem really. By the way tell your friend that I think she has a nice ass. " He asked amusement clear in his eyes and voice. My arm was burning again but I ignored it. " Sure bye." I said. "Ya bye wait aren't you the new girl Gwen?" He asked. " Oh yeah nice to meet you Louis." I said. "You too. Wait how do you know my name?" He asked. Awww shit. Don't tell him you like his brother or friend or whatever Harry is to him. " Ummmmmm I heard people talking about you." I said sounding nervous. Fuck Gwen why are you so stupid. " Alright don't forget to tell your friend....." He trailed off. " Amber." I said. " Amber what a pretty name well bye. He said. " Ya bye." I said sounding awkward as always.

As I watched him walk away I thought, oooohhhh does Louis Tomlinson have a little crush on my little Amber. Hmmmmm I'll have to look into it.
