Getting a job?

It was morning now and _(n)_ was making her way downstairs. She assumed that the four would be leaving soon or already gone. But, she was met with four annoyed looking people eating breakfast.

"Aren't you guys supposed to be leaving?" _(n)_ asked with furrowed brows as she sat next to Sasuke.

"We were. But, Rin slept in because she insisted on being up late." Obito glared at the girl beside him. They all looked annoyed, well except Itachi. She's never seen Itachi look anything than calm. Excluding last night when he thought he was intruding on Madara and her.

She blushed at the thought. She was aware that Itachi probably thought that something was going on between them. She just hoped he hadn't said anything. _(n)_ forced her thoughts to Rin and laughed lightly.

"I told you we shouldn't have went out. We actually came back rather early."

"I thought I'd be able to get enough sleep." Rin smiled sheepishly.

"We'll be leaving tomorrow, hopefully." Obito added.

"Yeah! It's not too late to join us _(n)_!!"

"Idiots.." Sasuke mumbled.

_(n)_ was bored. She was sitting on the couch, trying to seek entertainment through some tv show that was on.

She sighed. "I think I need a job." The statement was mainly directed towards herself. So, whenever she got a response, she was a little startled.

"I could accompany you in town and help you look." Itachi offered a smile.

"Hu-?" She sat up, meeting his gaze. "Are you sure? I don't want to bother you."

"It's quite alright. We can go now, if you want?" The last part was more of a question. He stood there awaiting a response.

_(n)_ was still a little shocked. She sat there staring at the dark haired man. After a long moment, and realizing she was staring at him, she quickly nodded.

It was pretty warm out but not too hot or humid. And a cool breeze that slightly blew their hair.

They made into town. It was a pretty suburban area, which meant lots of opportunity for jobs. The first place they checked out was a little convenience store. _(n)_ wasn't quite interested. Actually, the next several stops they made were pretty unsuccessful.

They found themselves in a bookstore on the other side of town. This was probably their seventh stop. _(n)_ looked around a bit, deciding that she liked the place. Even if she didn't end up getting a job here, she would come back to shop. She enjoys reading and such.

This was one of the few places in Konoha that were hiring. She spoke to the manager about a job. He ended up interviewing her now. Since she was already here. And he thought she'd be a good employee. She left the back room happy and with a job.

Itachi realized that it went well and flashed her an encouraging smile.

"See you tomorrow, Yamato." _(n)_ said happily. She followed Itachi outside.

"You did well. I'm happy for you." Itachi could tell she was ecstatic.

"Thank you."

"Why don't we go have dinner to celebrate?" He proposed.

"It's not that big of a deal." She didn't mind the idea of having dinner with Itachi. She just wouldn't want to celebrate over something so not celebratory.
