Suddenly A Vanpire

Chapter 11

As I got ready I thought about what happened. 
He just kissed me ... I blushed .
Why did he have to say that?! I didn't get it. Why him?
I walked up to the door red faced in a pair of jeans and a shirt that said "sexy and you know it".
"Ah Haru . Come on we have to go"
"What about me?"said Kai. I did say he can come."you have a date!? 2shay."
"It's not a date! He...he uh. ..."
"I am coming because I have to protect her." Said kai like it was normal . It sort of was. He tried to... like from the hunter
As soon as he said that. I walked out to the car ,blushing . I had to . I eas going to  my best friends sweet 16. She's American. So that's what they do. I wanted to come. She's my friend .
I got in the car. Then I saw kai come over to the car. I freaked and locked the doors. And although he looked at me with wtf eyes but I looked and saw how beautiful he was. I felt memorized and unlocked the doors without realizing. I saw relief in him and after that, he sat close to me. He was warm. I heard his blood pulsing through his veins. At that moment my throat hurt and I couldn't control myself. I bit down on his neck.
" What is going on back there...oh god. Ahhhh!" Said my friend. She pulled over...and freaked.
I then saw a glow made of the color purple. He made her forget. He was stiff and yet he put a hand on my head.
"A little hard there,my love."
I snapped out of it. I started to cry like a kid. Like when pa died.
"I'm so sorry kai. I... I "
"Shhhh. It ok . I was waiting for you to do that...so we can be connected."
"I I I.....I LOVE YOU KAI."I blurted.he just closed his eyes and said:"me too . And I'll always love you plus an a advantage of protection." 
And he still lives up to those words today.
