I looked for Liz the next day at school. She never came.
It was a long day at school. I began to walk out of the classroom and someone placed a rag on my mouth. They came from behind me and the rag had sleeping powder in it. I awoke in a dark room, Liz sitting gagged and tied next to me.
"Mmmmmm!" She said.
I tried to begin to speak but I found I was loosely gagged too. The rope restraints were bound tightly and the sharp pieces on it were sinking into my skin. I felt all my hope run dry. I saw a dark shadowy figure watching us struggle.
"Ah! You have awoken! I hope you enjoyed your little nap my sweeties. Now, this may be painful. I hope you don't mind if I make you my new apprentice. I am Shadow Walker and you will obey me forever!" It said with a glowing white Cheshire cat smile. I knew there was no escaping the Shadow Walker.
Sorry this is a short chapter. I am pausing this book for a little, truly sorry.
