'Well we might have an idea or on that, just got text from Lanie,' said Beckett holding up her phone. 'Could you and Ryan try an scrub through traffic cam footage while me and Castle go see Lanie.'
'Sure,' agreed Esposito.
'Hey Lanie, what you got for us,' asked Beckett.
'I can now determine that he was tortured. Shot in the feet, then stabbed in the legs and then a final blow to the head. I also found some bruses on his wrists that indicate that he was hand cuffed with a zip tie.'
'Cool any luck with an identity' she asked.
'Yes, now that's the interesting part, he is not on any of our records so he is either a criminal with several identities or...'
'A CIA agent.'
