Part 14

Taylor and I have been dating for 6 months today and he already texted me and told me we were doing something special so I asked Nash to watch Jack.
The past few months have been great. Jackson is 7 months old now and he's able to push himself up and he's been saying a few words, like Mom, Dad, Nana, and Nash! Which is very exciting.
Today is November 15th, and it's a little chilly out, but not too bad. I pulled on a skirt with some tights, a long sleeve sweater and a scarf. I curled my hair and applied my makeup, I'm not sure why I'm trying so hard because I've been with Taylor for six months now, and we've been together before this but I guess it's a date so I just wanna look my best.
At about 7:55, Taylor showed up, he was wearing black skinny jeans and a plaid dress shirt, he looked handsome.
I kissed Jack on the check and then headed for the door.
"Now don't be late!" Nash joked as we slide out the door.
We walked towards the car and Taylor opened the door for me then I got in. He closed it and then went to his side, and got in. We drove for 10 minutes before we arrived at this house, the house was odd, it was unfamiliar but it was a gorgeous house. It had blue siding and the front porch was stunning. Taylor parked in the driveway and got out. He came over to my side and helped me out of the car.
"Come on I have to show you something" he smiled.
I followed Taylor to the house and he opened the door and we walked inside. The house was bare, not a thing in the living room but it sure was huge. We walked around the whole house until we got to the basement where there were candles lit and roses on the bar.
"Danielle." Taylor whispered. I didn't realize he had let my hand go.
When I looked at Taylor he was down on one knee. I have seen this sight before but it didn't end to well.
"Danielle, I have done so many things in my life that I regret, I have apologized for them so many times, but I cannot say I regret letting you walk away the first time. When you walked away it changed me. It made me realize what it felt like to lose someone that I fell in love with. Yes I know this is fast, it's only been six months, but we've been together before and I don't want to wait any longer. Danielle, I love you. I want to spend every single minute of the rest of my life loving you and showing you how much you mean to me. And this time I am not taking no for an answer, so Danielle Sydney Rose, will you marry me?"

"Taylor, you are such an amazing person and such a great dad, it would be my honour to marry you, yes!"

Taylor put the ring on my finger and then grabbed me and spun me around.
"Wait Taylor, why are we in this house?" I questioned.
"Oh.. This is our new house. I was really hoping you would say yes to marrying me and I seen this house for sale. What do ya say? Wanna move in?"
"Of course I do Taylor, now let's get back to Nash's, I wanna tell everyone."
"Oh yeah, they all know"
