Summary: The Bellas' reputation is down the drain all because of a stupid accident. The German tour thieves are stealing their thunder, and the Bellas want it back! What happens when they send their own teammate to spy on DSM during their victory tour? What happens when the Bellas' choreographer meets DSM'S co-captain hunk? Nothing smooth sailing about their relationship when two acapella teams have World War III.
About my main OC: Jesse's little sister, Jasmine Swanson, is nineteen years old and a sophomore at Burden University. Her hair is raven black, while her eyes are brown (Face Claim: Miranda Cosgrove). Her current favorite music styles are pop and broadway. The Phantom of the Opera is her favorite musical. Her favorite dance styles are ballet and jazz (the origin of her nickname). Her favorite subjects from school are choir, art, literature, and theater.
She used to compete in dance competitions from a young age but temporarily retired at age sixteen because of her forced focus on schoolwork. She joined the Bellas during her first year at Barden University because of her love for music, desire to make new friends, and want to keep a close eye on her older brother's girlfriend, Beca. Singing wasn't the only thing Jasmine had to do as a Bella; she also choreographed the girl's dance performances. For her career choice, she wanted to be a professional dancer but must graduate college to obtain her parents' financial support.
Chapter 1: Trouble from Down Under
Jasmine sneezed loudly against her snot-covered, crumbled tissue, wiping her runny nose before tossing it to a trashcan. She pulled out three more tissues from the Kleenex box, continuing to clean out her nose, before coughing into it.
"Have no fear, Jazz, Superman is here with chicken noodle soup and cold medicine," her older brother, Jesse, rushed into the living room, carrying a tray of soup and a grape-flavored medicine bottle.
"Eck! Liquid!" Jasmine stuck her tongue out in disgust at the medicine bottle. Her voice sounded nasally hoarse at the moment, "Why did you give me the liquid kind?"
"The pills work slower than the liquid, and I want my baby sister to be all better," Jesse cooed, filling the spoon with that nasty medicine before lowering it to her mouth. "Here comes the choo-choo."
"Ugh!" Jasmine pinched her nose before enduring the spoonful. She made weird reactions of disgust, immediately wiping her spoon with a napkin for her soup. Hopefully, the chicken broth would get rid of the horrible aftertaste. She slurped the broth, immediately regretting it. She yelped in pain, dropping her spoon into the soup bowl.
"Ooh, I forgot to tell you," Jesse cringed. "It hasn't cooled yet. I literally pulled it out from the microwave a minute ago. Sorry."
"Too little, too late, Jessie," Jasmine snapped.
"I said I was sorry!" Jesse raised his hands defensively. "Geez, you are so cranky when you're sick."
Jasmine rolled her eyes, resuming the show she was watching on TV - Dance Moms.
