Sam was sitting in the second to last row in the back of his algebra class room, he lived in a small suburban town in aurora Colorado , he went to a school for 'special kids'. He was turned around looking at his crush Hailey, (he had liked her since first grade), they were now juniors in high-school. He was planning to tell her that day but he couldn't find the courage to tell her, he was scared she didn't feel the same way. The bell rang and his teacher walked in and saw Sam was turned around in his seat.
"SAM TURN AROUND RIGHT NOW, THE BELL HAS JUST RUNG!" She screamed at him as he sighed and turned around and looked at her with a sarcastic smile.
As school ended Sam got out of his seat, picked up his stuff then looked up and saw that the teacher was standing there next to him. He sighed, finally able to leave the class with a warning. His best friend Kai was standing there waiting for him. Sam and Kai got on the bus and sat down next to Hailey on a three seat in the back of the bus. Kai had Sam and Hailey sit next to each other which made Sam blush a little.
"So Kai how was your day?" He was blushing a little being so close to Hailey.
Kai smiled and giggled a little "My day was alright but it just got a whole lot better." He giggled and nudged Sam, which led him to nudging Hailey.
He blushed brightly "S-sorry Samantha" he scooted a little a way from her. She giggled lightly, grabbed his arm and pulled him closer to her. He blushed a lot more and smiled a little then looked at Kai. the bus stopped at their stop and they got off, Kai headed home and Sam and Samantha walked home together.
They made it to Hailey's house and she smiled "Thank you again for walking me home everyday."
Sam smiled a little "no, no its okay I enjoy it." He blushed a little and smiled. Hailey blushed a little and hugged him and kissed his cheek causing his face to turn a bright pink. She turned away and walked up her steps, unlocking the door she waving at Sam then she disappeared into her house. He smiled, turned away from her house then started on his way to his house which was a few blocks from hers.
Sam got home and he opened the door to the smell of food his grandmother was cooking.
He smiled and walked in "Hey grandma, I'm home." He walked into the kitchen and she smiled. He walked in and gave her a hug after setting his backpack on the ground next to the table.
His grandmother smiled " How was your day my boy." His grandmother smiled softly and hugged him.
Sam smiled " My day was good grandma thank you, how about yours?" He asked her looking at all the food.
She sat down at the counter on one of the stools he had got her for her birthday. "Oh my day has been the same as it always is, just cooking and relaxing."
She giggled light and stretched getting out of the chair and handed Sam his plate "Eat up then get your work down." He nodded and took his food and ate it. When he was done eating he got out his homework and started doing it.
After he was done with his homework he went upstairs and turned on his computer then changed into his pajamas, as he was changing he heard faint arguing in his head. He looked around and saw no one around he then walked to his window to see if anyone outside but there was no one near his house. He shrugged then sat down at his computer and the voices stopped. He shook his head and logged into his computer and got on one of his favorite games. After he got on he called Kai on Skype.
"you ready to play Kai?" He asked after Kai answered the phone.
There was faint yelling from Kai's end of the call, he had tears in his eyes " Yeah lets hurry up and play I want my mind off things." Sam nods and started the game loading up the server they were playing on and invited him to the game.
