Usually I would have a wacky and bad day for me... But today its gonna be different! Great outfit,great hair,finished homework,and new shoes. Everything was perfect. While walking to school it was sunny. And then I saw the most beautiful thing. A rainbow! Well rainbow cupcakes? Those remind end me of what a great day it will be. As I got to school a boy open the door for me? Weird I'd usually have to jam it open... Oh well. I went to my locker and opened it and a bunch of secret admirer notes were in their! Ooops! I guess I forgot to mention a lot huh? Well its February the 13th on a Thursday a day before the most important thing ever to school kids the Valentine day dance!!!! Eehehhhh!! Yah pretty much important. By the way my name is Katey well at least the name I wish I had. I'm in fifth grade going to sixth. Can't wait! Oh yah and I am 10 years old about to turn 11 well tomorrow! Ya I know I'm cool my birthday is on Valentines day. Whoop! Whoop! Party Time! Back on track... A bunch of cards were in my locker I took them then stuffed them inside my backpack. I looked at my badasled watch and it was time to go to class. When walking to class I stumbled upon my friend Alice the school reporter. She told me everything that happened in the school. She also told me that the Valentines party was formal,fancy,or casual. We got to class the teacher said that we won't have homework today. Instead we will have to decorate and get ready for the dance. "Yaaaaaay." And you will have a report on your past. Nooooo! Yes! The teacher said. Then everyone ran to the cafeteria to decorate. When every thing was done it all looked perfect. The teacher went on stage and even said it. The school bell rang witch ment it was time to go home Alice's mom said she can come with me and my mom to go shopping for dresses for the valentine party\dance. Alice got a dress that reached up to right above her nees. It was a purple one with a star strap with a ribbon tied on the weist of the dress she also got matching heels. I got a long silk dress with really nice design and matching heels. We got our stuff and went to my house.
