NARUTO

"Naru!" I was in my room asleep and I suddenly hear Nozomi shout from outside my room causing me to groan. I opened my eyes looking around confused.

I didn't respond back to her because I was tired from a mission yesterday and all I wanted to do was get some sleep. But living in a house with Nozomi that wouldn't be possible. My room door suddenly bursted open causing my eyes to widen already knowing what she was about to do but it was to late.

" No Nozomi don't Ahhh!" She jumped on me knocking wind out my chest. I quickly pushed her off causing her to fall on the floor.

"Ow." She said with a pout on her face. "That was so rude."

I chuckled at her smiling. The past few days it it seemed like she was returning back to her normal cheery and goofy self.

Whenever I could come back to the village to see her I tried my best to help her smile. Smiling was what I was used to her doing so it was hard seeing her upset and not happy all those few times I saw her.

"Your the one who came and did a cannonball on me." I said to her as she stood up.

"That's because you ignored me." She said.

"So what is it." I said still wanting to go back to bed.

"Why don't we go out today?" Nozomi said. "Your finally officially back and all you've been doing are missions."

"Yeah I know but honestly Nozomi I don't think I'm up for it right now." I said. "I really just want to sleep. How about later?"

"But Sakura and the girls were having a picnic. Kiba, Shikamaru, Neji and-"

"Sakura's cooking?!" I asked excitedly. She smiled at me nodding.

NOZOMI

"Wow so for Sakura your ready to drop everything." I said with a small glare.

"I mean I uh-"

"Doesn't matter I'll be in my room getting dressed." I said holding my hand up to stop him from talking. "Just hurry."

I walked out of the room heading over towards my closet. I looked around debating on my ninja clothes or regular clothing. You could never be sure what could happen.

While looking through a few things I come across something causing my eyes to widen. It was a Teddy bear that Sasuke gave me as a gift a long time ago. I used to take it everywhere with me.

"I remember you." I said talking to the bear as if it understood me. "Snuggs."

After Sasuke left I put a lot of things away that would remind me of him because I didn't want to be reminded of him whatsoever. Staring at the bear I couldn't help but think of him.

Wondering if he was ok, if he was alive and healthy. I just hoped that he didn't lose himself. I was worried about him even after all this time.

"Nozomi I'm ready whenever you are." Naruto said knocking on the door. The knock caused me to jump a little because I was so absorbed in my thoughts.

"Uh yeah I'll be out in one second." I said back. I looked back down at the bear and then sighed. "Sasuke..."

"Sakura!" I quickly ran over towards Sakura leaving Naruto behind. When I got over to her I gave her a quick hug. Me and Sakura became really good friends while training together with Lady Tsunadae. I struggled a lot but Sakura was always there to help me. "I brought rice balls."

"That's perfect." She said. It's been a while since I've really seen everyone and I really missed them.

"Why are you dragging us here Ino." Knowing that lazy voice from anywhere I turned around seeing Shikamaru, Choji and Ino.

"Hey guys!" I shouted happily as they came over. I gave Ino a hug and then quickly went to give Shikamaru one but he quickly rejected it causing me to frown poking my lip out. I didn't like Shikamaru only in a friendly way, but I really loved to hug my friends. "Still won't let me hug you huh?"

"I'll hug you!" Choji said opening his arms and I smiled accepting the hug happily. Everyone else began to arrive and I was also rejected a hug from Neji but it was nothing new.

We were all in the middle of talking about current life and missions but then I looked over and saw Sai sitting down causing me to roll my eyes.

"Who invited him." I said dryly.

"Not me." Everyone replied also looking a bit confused.

"I saw you all and thought that I should come and join your picnic." He looked down at the table and saw the food picking up a muffin and we all just stared at him. "Hm your eating."

He sniffed the muffin and bit into and his face went sour.

"This is horrible." He said bluntly.

"What." Sakura said angrily.

"You don't have to be so honest all the time!" I shouted at him.

"He's being honest." Sakura said in disbelief.

"Uh I-I didn't mean it that what I meant was-"

"Is my food bad?" She asked everyone at the table causing us all to turn our heads not wanting to give her an answer.

"See I told you what your friends couldn't." Sai said with a closed eye smile causing Sakura to knock him upside his head.

"I'm sick and tired of you! You damn-"

I began to giggle at the scene in front of me but suddenly the scenery began to change confusing me. I looked around seeing that I was alone in the dark.

"Hello!" I called out. I didn't know where the hell I was or what happened and it began to cause me to get paranoid. I got tended to get scares easily being in dark places by myself, I know it's crazy because I'm a ninja but I can't stand the thought of being alone in an pitch black area.

It sometimes reminded me of when Naruto and I were alone. When everyone hated us because of who Naruto was, Naruto never really understood what was inside of him but after he stole the scroll and Mizuki told him it all made sense to me. I'm a bit childish sometimes but smarter than what I seem. I didn't tell him what it met because I didn't want to worry him. But he found out by Jariya.

Again everything suddenly began to change. I was now in the forest, I a few people only to realize it was me, Kiba, Ayumi and Megumi but there was also an unknown lady on Akamaru's back.

This must have been a vision. I had no idea why I was suddenly having these again. When I was younger they'd come so frequent it kinda was annoying but suddenly they stopped.

I paid closer attention to the vision trying to figure out what was going on. Maybe we were on a mission. But what were we running from? Are who were we running from?

I suddenly saw a guy appear. He looked familiar but I couldn't place my finger on where I saw him from. That was until he turned his head to a way I could see him and I knew exactly who it was. I froze up.

"No way... What is he doing here and why now."
