We ran as fast as we could. I didn't know who the boy was or what he wanted. I wasn't about to risk getting killed. Zora was a lot faster than me and was a little further ahead. I looked back, to find he was a metre away from me. My heart thuddered. My legs ached but I sprinted even more, knowing he could catch up at any second. I looked back again. He wasn't there. "Zora! We can slow down, the bastard's gone!" I shouted. Zora slowed down her pace and breathed in.

"Finally! My legs are killing me!". But it wasn't really over. The boy was now in front of us. I felt like crying. "Just go away!" I hissed. The boy grinned and took a step closer. "You know, I don't want anything to do with you. Your friend has an important soul, and I'll be leaving here with it". Zora took a few steps back, looking scared.

"If you want her, you'll have to go through me first!" I growled, my finger nails turning into claws. The boy smalled and took the sword from his back. "So be it, then". I was scared. Very. I was expecting a hit from the sword, but instead, a huge force kicked me away. It was like a hole being punched into your stomach. I couldn't breath. "How.." I stuttered, staggering up. The boy smiled and his eyes shone. "Magic..." he snarled. I was more determined to beat him than ever. He had a excellent advantage- His so-called "Magic". I hissed, and stabbed him in the stomach. He collapsed, but somehow disappeared, or teleported, away. He was a little further away from me now. I smiled. Either he would retreat, or he would die from his wound. Instead of either options, the boy got up and charged at me. Well, shit. He sent a blast of energy out from his hands, hitting me in the shoulder. I collapsed. "Game over" he grinned. I prepared for the worst. But suddenly, out of nowhere, a HUGE animal, a wolf, leapt right at the boy, and bit into him. I watched in horror. He was sure to die now. Then guess what.

THE BASTARD TELEPORTED AWAY! But this time, he was nowhere to be seen. I glared at the wolf. It sure saved my life, but was it to kill me too? "Stay back!" I growled, my green eyes turning red. The wolf didn't go any closer. Instead, it shape shifted out of a wolf, and into my best friend.
