Chapter 2

Liz and I walked back to our dorm. I couldn't help but think about that Harry guy. Why was he so dangerous?

I decided to go walk around campus some more before sunset. Liz asked if I wanted her to come, but I kinda felt like going alone this time.

I grabbed my keys and started to look around. I put in my earphones and played 'Take a Walk' by Passion Pit. I was amazed at all the different sport and recreational fields and all the people. I found the Swimming pool and a nice little park. Before I knew it I realized it was dark and I walked further from my dorm than I wanted to. I began to see less and less people considering how dark it was getting.

I heard some voices down a pathway...

"I'm not kidding Harry! Don't even think abou-" a girl's voice began.

"You don't control what I do! I'm old enough to do whatever the hell I want!" I deep raspy voice yelled back.

I looked around the corner to see Harry fighting with a girl. Liz!

I couldn't believe my eyes. Liz fighting with the exact person she told me to stay away from.

I was going to walk away but..

"Liz!" I hollered.

She turned around her eyes widened.

"Roxy I-"

"What's going on?" I asked.

Harry backed away and starred at the ground. Less cocky then he was earlier today.

"Let's go Roxy." Liz said while tugging me arm and walking away.

"What was that?" I asked.

"What do you mean." She replied like nothing happened.

"You. Talking to him. After you told me to stay away!?"

"Just. You wouldn't understand Roxy."

"Why not?" I frowned.

"Because. But really don't go near him Roxy. "

"You went near him!" I shouted.

"Yes but it's different."

"Do you.. Like him?" I asked suspiciously.

"What?!No absolutely not!" She replied disgusted.

All the sudden it made sense. Liz didn't want me near Harry because she liked him. He must have been winking at her today. I don't know why but that sort of made my heart drop a little.

"Roxy, I don't like him.." She said softly.

"Ok ok .." I mumbled , unlocking our dorm.

What secrets was Liz keeping from me. I've been here for only hours and there's already drama.
