Coming Home?

John had me delivering something to a guy. He gave me the address and I typed it into the GPS. I started driving to the place, about 10 minutes later I see someone lean out of a window. They are about to shoot something at me. No! I'm getting this done and going home! I drive down a dirt road and start racing them. I get far away, and I notice that I need gas. I stop at a gas station and look at what I'm delivering. I see the people that were trying to get it there. It turns out I'm delivering NOS to the guy. I mumble "John what the fuck were you thinking?!" I put the gas into the truck and speed away. I end up in at the place and I jump out of the car. I start walking away. I take a shortcut through an alley. I hear cars behind me so I spin. I see a car pull up at the end of the alley. He gets out and I hide. He starts walking away and I leave. He notices me and looks at me. I concur walking when I hear someone say "Emma?" I spin on my heel, make sure none of my emotion is showing and say "Okay, how the fuck do you know my name?!" He looks at me and says "I'm Dom Toretto." I study him and notice that's he is my brother. I say "Dom?" He nods and says "Emma. Wow you grew up!" I nod my head and start walking away. I hear him following me and I say "Why are you following me?" "Because I want to talk to you." "No can do, I got to go back to my apartment right now." "Emma, can you please come home? We've missed you." I just sigh and nod my head after a minute of thinking. I don't feel like arguing today. He smiles and leads me to his car. I smile at it and say "Nice car." He laughs and thanks me. I get into the passenger seat and he starts driving. We get to a house and I step out. I see it's our old home. I smile and he says "Recognize it?" I nod and we walk in. I hear talking and we walk into the kitchen. I smirk and say "You haven't changed it at all." He laughs and I hear Mia. She says "Emma?" I look over at her and smile. I say "Been a long time Mia." She nods and runs up to me. She hugs me so I hug back. I notice a bunch of people looking at us. I say "Ummmm, Dom who are your friends?" He smiles and says "These are my family and now yours too." I look at them all and think I don't know about having a family again. Last time ended badly. I smile at them. Mia says "This is Brian, this is Roman, this is Han, this is Tej, and this is Gisele." She points to them as she goes. I wave and say "Hi, nice to meet you." They wave and Gisele says "Dom, who's this?" I look at him and smirk. I say "Wow. Didn't know that they didn't know about me!" He laughs and says "Guys this is Emma. Emma Toretto, our little sister." They all look shocked. I smile at them and say "This is a different reaction than I thought it would be." Mia looks at me and laughs. I say "Sooooo? Can I get some hugs or no?" They all smile and give me a hug. I say to Dom, "Can I run to my apartment real quick? It's not in LA though!" He shakes his head and says "No. We still need to talk." I groan and say "C'mon if I'm staying here I need to grab my stuff!" "Mia or Gisele can give you some clothes." I sigh and nod. I look outside and notice our swing set from when we were younger. I smile and run out. I look around and finally find the spot that dad and I buried something. I remember what we put in it; I put a necklace and my bracelet that the family got me for my birthday, Dad put an photo of all of us and his wallet. I loved his wallet for some strange reason. I start digging until I find it. I smile and pull it out. I open the box and look at the stuff. I pick up the photo and look at it. I was five and we were all smiling. Mom and Dad were in the back, Dom and Mia were in front of them and I was sitting it front of them all. I look at the rest of the stuff, just studying it all. I hear footsteps so I whip my head around. I see Dom and Mia walking up. I smile at them then look at the picture again. They come up and Dom says "What's all this?" I don't look up and say "Dad and I buried it when I was 4 and a half. We put some stuff in it." Mia sits down next to me. She smiles at the photo and says "I've been wondering where this photo went!" I laugh at that. I put it all back into the chest and bury it again. Once I finish I stand up and dust myself off. I still have an empty look in my eyes but they don't say anything to me. I walk back to the house and say "Is my room in the same place?" They nod and I walk upstairs. I go to my room and laugh quietly. It still has all my stuff in it, and it's still designed the same. I turn around and see Mia standing there. She has clothes in her hands and says "Here. You can have these." I nod and take them. I say "Well I'm going to sleep, tell everyone goodnight!" She nods and leaves. Once my head hits the pillow I'm asleep.
