Y/n pov

"Why Lucy!" I say in aggravated.

"Because no one else will go with me!"

"Did you ask Natsu or Grey?  Pretty sure they will go with you."

"Fine!" Lucy says and stomps off.

Lucy hasbeen asking me for weeks to go on a mission with her! I declined every time because she is currently trying to take something away from me.

Natsu

Me and Natsu have known each other since we were kids. Sure we did have our fights and arguments but we always would make up. That changed when Lucy came to the guild. When Natsu met Lucy he wouldn't stop talking about her. I wished she would just go away so things with me and Natsu would go back to normal. I new it wasn't right but you wanted Natsu back.

Lucy pov

I walk towards Natsu and Grey fighting."Will one of you guys please come with me on a mission?" 

Natsu stops fighting. "Sure! What is it?" Natsu says with a big smile.

Grey freezes Natsu."Ok. What's the mission?"

"We have to destroy a monster for 4,000,000 jewel." I say with excitement.

"4,000,000 jewel?!" Grey says shocked.

Natsu melts the ice leaving a pudle of water on the ground and punches Grey in the stomach.

"4,000,000 jewel!!" Natsu says happily.

"It must be a huge monster if they are willing to pay that much for one monster!!"

"I have a feeling we will need help...ask (y/n) to come with us." Says Grey.

"Grey?" I ask questionable.

"Yes?" He replys.

"Were are your clothes!!" 

 "Yikes!"

Y/n pov

Lucy walks over to were I was sitting. "Ok I asked them there going what about​ you Y/n?"

"Whats the mission?" I sigh.

"We destroy a monster for 4,000,000 jewel" 

"4,000,000 jewel!! Now I'm definitely going!"

*Time skip*

Me, Lucy, Grey, and Natsu approach the small village were the request was made. A villager is greets all of us and invites us to his hut. He leads all of us to the far end of the village towards the monster.

*Time skip*

Me, Natsu, Grey,and Lucy all made it back to the guild unharmed. I went home and payed for your rent and sat on my couch.

I sigh. I have been thinking about Natsu all day. Frustrated about his thoughts about me.

Does he like me or Lucy?!

"Whatever...I guess I will findout sooner or later." I whisper and go upstairs to my room.

*The next morning*

I go back to the guild as usual but something was different. Natsu was being quiet for once. You walk over to Natsu and asks:

"What's wrong Natsu?"

Natsu looks at me for a few seconds. He looks into my eyes then at my body then your feet and looks back at my face.

"Nothings wrong it's just..." Natsu whispers. "Its that time of the year"

You knew exactly what he ment.

Mating season for Dragonslayers. It happened once a year and has the side affects of lust and protectiveness but only to the people they like/love and all men/woman have it except a woman's is a day later.

"Ok..mabey you should ask if you can have some days off." I say.

"Why don't you take days off?" Asks Natsu 

"Cause mine is tomorrow." You say.Natsu then walks away to the master and goes home.

"Were Natsu?" Asks Lucy.

 "I told him to go home.....he was feeling bad." I say.

"Ok...by the way Y/n can I ask you something?" Lucy asks.

"Sure."

She whispers in my ear"do you like Natsu?" 

"Umm...possibly."

"I can tell you like him...I do to...you can have him tho."

"What do you mean I can have him?"

"Y/n...you can have him." Then she leaves the gild.

I walk to the master and tell him ask him if you can be off for a few days. After asking i venture back home.
