Hi people, sorry there hasn't been an update in ages, just with me being sick and the stress and extreme fun Christmas brings I just didn't have the time. This chapter has both Ward's and a bit of Annabelle's POV. I promise I'll be better, but in the mean time, Enjoy!

Ward's P.O.V
I rolled out of bed and fell on the floor. While this was happening, I hit my head on the side of my night stand and knocked over my glass of water. Sadly, the bliss of sleep left my as I was doused in the semi cold liquid.
I grumbled as I picked up the empty glass and set back down the small table. I quickly did my morning routine and stepped out of bathroom, collapsing onto the couch I closed my eyes. A wave of gold flashed before my eyes as I recalled the previous's nights events flawed before my eyes.
"Oh frick," I muttered. How could I forget? I scolded myself. The ball, the feud, the dance, the kiss, Annabelle. I held my head in my hands, as the memories came flowing back. Last but not least, I remembered our meeting for tonight.
Here's our problem, we said 'tonight,' when is that? What is that to her? I bet she's an early bird, she just seems like one. But then again she didn't seem tired at all last night. Can someone both be an early bird and a night owl? Yes. If anyone can, it's her. Then again, I don't know her very well. Let's see, the earliest it could be would be 5 and the latest 11. How am I supposed to know?!?! Darn us, 16 year olds that have hormones. We can't even think straight for five minutes, well, that's me at least. I bet she's better than that. I guess I only have one option, stay there all night. Yea, I am so going to regret this, but then again it's Annabelle.
I lept up off the couch and went on my run, I decided to go again today because I have nothing better to do, except for homework, editing, eating, reading, writing, etc. I went to a different park a little bit farther, when I got there I saw two celebrities smooching (they shall remain unnamed) using my phone I caught a picture and sprinted out of there before they could realize I was there. Once I got back home I took yet another shower and changed into some basketball shorts and a teeshirt. I stepped downstairs and I was greeted by Gerald holding a glass of pineapple juice, a plate of fish taco's, and a bowl of coconut oil popcorn. He set it in front of the television and handed me the remote. I flashed him a smile and settled down into watching 'The Flash.'
Once I finished I put my plate into the kitchen and went back to my room. I decided to work on my AP English Language and Composition homework (yes I am in an AP course.) I don't actually go to school. Since I have my future laid out and a job, I don't need to study unnecessary courses. So I just attend classes online that will benefit my job. It's quite simple actually, I only take three courses, My AP English course, AP World History, and AP United States Government and Politics. Yes, I'm smart, sort've. But then again, I never plan on going to college so I don't know why I bother.
I finished editing my essay and submitted it to my classroom. I span around in my skinny chair for a minute, I looked at the clock above my doorway, I thought it said five but I shook my head and saw it only said 2. I almost had a mini heart-attack. I picked up my phone and texted my friend Jerrod.
Ward: Hey Jerrod
Jerrod: What's up
Ward: I was thinking about playing some basketball
Jerrod: I'll be there in 5
I repeated a similar discussion with my other friend Dallas. I peeked into my younger brothers room, his name is West.
"Hi West, do you want to play some basketball?" I asked him. West is chipping away at a red piece of wax, next to him is a pile of wax roses in various different shades of red, pink and white. Next to them are about twenty detailed stems. Probably for his girlfriend Wendy, and he REALLY likes her. He shook his head and continued carving the object. He set it next to the other roses and using this glue stuff, he joined together a bud and a stem.
"I'm busy," he muttered, he is really good at these things. He made me a wax pen and notepad that I can actually use, don't ask me how it doesn't break.
"Is it Wendy?" I questioned him in a cutesy voice. I saw a blush rising to his cheeks.
"Maybe," he murmured. He set the finished flower in a creamy white vase. Cream, Annabelle, tonight, yikes. "Maybe tomorrow," he picked up the next pieces while I walked out of the room.
I met Dallas at the front door, we silently decided to not wait for Jerrod since he has no sense of time. We played a quick 2v2 match when Jerrod arrived. We then started an all v. all game, and to no one's surprise, Jerrod won. Jerrod is really good at basketball. We scrimmaged around a bit more before Dallas had to leave. We went up stairs, but as soon as we got to my door, Jerrod just left. He has a tendency to do that.
I stepped into my room and took yet another shower, (Don't judge, I like showers) and got changed into a pair of black jeans, a red plaid shirt and a grey sweater over it. At this point I went downstairs and to the kitchen.
"Hi Harmony, can you prepare two portions of lemon salmon, broiled asparagus, roasted potatoes, dinner rolls with butter, chocolate dipped strawberries, and hot chocolate. To go in a picnic basket, please," Harmony, our head chef gave me a strange look but went ahead and turned around and started to do it. A sous chef that Harmony is training, whose name is Dexter mouthed to me, first date?
I nodded back at him, he's actually pretty cool. I went up stairs to the entrance to the attic and grabbed a red and white checkered picnic blanket. Good thing it was right next to the door, I was not so fortunate with the candle sticks and the vase. Once I found the candle sticks, it was easy to choose, white candles and a silver base (two of them.) But once I got to the vases, I got stumped. After what seemed like a thousands of choices I chose a plain, curvy red vase.
Back in the kitchen I pulled out the large picnic basket that we use sometimes and carefully folded the blanket so that it fit over the food that was just prepared, on top of that I put some clear plastic plates and utensils and patterned white napkins and the candles.
After thanking the chefs I lugged it out to my car and put it in the seat next to me, somewhere along the way I took my Mom's poetry book and brought it out too. I started the car and started driving to a little flower shop that my mom gets her flowers from. I chose a bundle of Gardenias, Queen Anne's Lace, and Calla Lily. After what seemed like forever I finally got to the hotel. I went to the roof top and sat on one of the seats. No one ever really goes to this Hotel to actually sleep at, it only has thirty rooms, its mainly just for parties and meetings. Actually I've been to a fair few meetings here. So I wasn't too concerned that someone would be here.
After anxiously waiting for five minutes, I just started to play on my phone.
==========
Annabelles P.O.V
There were no other words for it.
I WAS FREAKING OUT!

Troll, he he. Not much for Annabelle, but I will have more for her next chapter. Also, the flowers the Ward chose actually have a meaning, Gardenia's mean secret love, Queen Anne's Lace means a safe haven, and Calla Lily means beauty. Until next time, BYE!
