Mini Heartattack

Chapter 1:
          
         I stare up at the clock on my phone reading 5:45 am im so tired but i cant sleep, i mean how could i? Senior year is finally here! I start thinking about all the universities i've applied to and all the school clubs and activities im going to attend. But my thoughts are cut off by my alarm, is it 6 am already?

I struggle to get up since all i did yesterday was pack my stuff. Collin is gonna be so mad when he finds out i havent finished packing. This is my first time moving so i take everything i own. Even if im moving 2 blocks away.
Collin and I have been dating for almost a year now and for our anniversary we decided to move in together in his two story mansion.

I head to the bathroom when im stopped by my mom who stares at my hair while holding a strand and smelling it." Ohhh sophia you need to shower honey, your hair smells like you've been homeless for years" my mom always exaggerates i mean how bad is it? *Sniff* Okay maybe it does stink a bit, a quick shower will do the trick.

Ahh nothing's better than a morning shower. It gives me the amount of energy and relaxation i need for a first day at school. Last year was a lot different since it was my first year at Charleston High. I had to change schools because i couldnt handle the amount of bullying i got. I shake off the memory to avoid sobs and puffy eyes.

I turn to my closet, walk in closet to be more specific and start choosing between the 3 outfits I put together the night before. "Go with the Juicy Couture black jacket and your favorite medium wash jeans" I turn around to find my dad leaning against my closet door, arms crossed. My dad always had a fashion taste that i failed to inherit. He always knows what to wear and what would be too much for a first day at school. I hurriedly change before running down to eat what seems to be leftover breakfast; but hey atleast there is food on the table right?

I then text my bff of two solid years, Courtney, to let her know im done getting ready. She comes usually to my house so we could ride the bus together

"What!"
Courtney stares at me startled by how loud i was, i am as well.
"This guy is so cute and he hasnt stopped checking you out"
"Stop it courtney" I say slightly flattered "what'll Collin think? I dont care about any guy other than him" i proudly state. She sighs audibly then opens her mouth to say something but closes it when she sees me put my earphones back in.

School hasn't really changed since last year, other than the fact that its filled with everyone's most loathed creatures; freshmen.
I personally dont mind freshmen i mean i was one once.

I quickly flash a wide smile when i see Collin. God he still gives me butterflies even after being with him for 11 months. But my smile is quickly interrupted when I see what almost brings tears to my eyes.
