Yukki might of thought that the world had stopped but in reallity everone was defending Yukki from being hit while she was somewhat sleeping.

Kai: Yukki Yukki wake up come on please.

It was no use she just wouldn't wake up and Mason had already beaten everyone else up and was walking towards Kai and Yukki.

Mason: Oh look two little love birds can die together.

He still had a crazy look on his face. But that didn't stop Kai. He ran towards him and tried to hit him but Mason took out Kai just as easy as he took out everyone else. Finally Yukki got up and after one glance of her surroundings she wished she didn't.

Yukki: Again.

She saw everyone else on the ground and she was ready to accept it. Mason's kagune shot at her but suddenly two swords got it the way. It was Shane trying his hardest to stop the kagune. He eventually got Mason's kagune away.

Mason: What the hell are you doing.

Shane: You know the rule you can hurt anyone in this team. But no one hurts my sister apart from ME!

He ran at him swinging his swords at him. While screeming at him.

Shane: And you, you tried to kill her now. Never show your face here again.

He began slicing Mason's kagune but didn't kill him. Mason ran away. Yukki was watching all of this and she was as equally as confused as Mason was. Shane walked up to Yukki who was laying next to Sophie. Shane knew Sophie and was also good friends with her.

Shane: Did he do this.

Yukki looked at him with tears all over her face and nodded. Shane sighed and put an arm out to help her up.

Yukki: Why, why are you doing this. Why did you protect me.

Shane: I'm trying to be a good brother for once but don't get used to it.

Yukki smiled and took her brothers hand. He helped her up and then looked at Sophie's body and the hole through her chest where the heart shape was on her t-shirt and blood coming out of it.

Shane: Don't worry your other friends are fine just knocked out for a bit. They will wake up eventually. But Sophie *Sigh* She isen't gonna make it.

Yukki: I know.

She started tearing up again.

Shane: DON'T START CRYING AGAIN. I'M SAD TO I KNEW HER ASWELL!

Yukki: Shane.

Shane: I'll I'll be going.

Yukki: What.

Shane: If they see me then they will freak.

Yukki: Is this it.

Shane: Is what it.

Yukki: Is this the only time i'm gonna have my proper brother back and get the brotherly love i had.

Shane turned around ready to get going.

Yukki: I thought so.

She started to go over to her friends. Suddenly Shane grabbed her, turned her around and hugged her.

Shane: I'm sorry.

Yukki was happy she hadn't hugged her brother ever since she came to Maroos. But after he let go off her. He started walking back.

Yukki: You are back Shane the old you. Don't deny it.

Shane put his hand up in the to say bye and he jumped from tree to tree fading out of her sight. Yukki's friends started waking up one by one. So she went to them and they set up camp. They were worn out after all. Meanwhile back at Shane's lair. Shane got back and Matsu and Kyle were there.

Matsu: Where were you.

Shane: Thats none of your buisness.

Kyle: Oh isn't it. Wheres Mason.

Shane: He won't be with us anymore.

Shane went into his room and thought about everything Yukki said about the old him. Was he ready to change. Was he ready to be the brother Yukki wanted him be.
