Running into love

I wake up opening my eyes groggily. I look over to see Nico sleeping in the chair. I looked at him, not wanting to wake him. He looked so far away from pain in this State.

He suddenly groaned and said" your awake!"

"Yeah, finally. How many days was I out?" I asked.

"Three,"he said

"That's it? I thought I would have been out for at least a week!"I exclaim.

"I've got to go ok." He said melting into the shadows.

"Ok"I said getting up and leaving the infirmary. The first place I go to is the lake because it always calms me down. I just go and sit on the sand and breath in the air. 

"Hey are you feeling better?"i hear from behind me 

"Yeah, thanks for helping me Percy"I said.

"It's fine,"he said." I need to go and meet up with Chiron for an emergency meeting,"

"Ok see ya" I say 

He left and I sat there for a while just relaxing. Eventually I got up and started walking up to my cabin  and I end up running into Leo who just happened to be there. 

"Oh, sorry Leo."I say.

"Where are you going,"he asked.

" I was just heading back to my cabin" I told him.

"Alright I'll let you keep going than"he said

"See you later Leo" I say.

Once I got to my cabin I sat down and just looked around. I layed down and just looked at the ceiling. What's going on, I don't get it. I felt as if something was going to happen and I was not going to be able to stop it. I was drifting off to sleep when there was a knock on my door. I opened it to see Nico standing there.

"Hey Liz, you want to go for a walk," he asked.

"Sure," I say

We walked out to the woods and I saw a blanket sitting there.

" Liz i I was wondering i if you would be my girlfriend,"he asked.

"Yes of course I will Nico!" I exclaim.

He picked me up and swirled me around. I stared into his beautiful brown eyes and he kissed me. I melted into the kiss and it started getting heated. We finally broke apart and just stared at each other. He smiled an actual smile and kissed me again.
