Draco

"What are we doing here?" Angela asked, more like whispered as they entered the establishment.
"Just stopping by to see if my newest purchase was worth it," he murmured with a smile as the maître d' walked up to them with a wide smile.
"Good afternoon sir. May I have your name please," he said opening his reservations book.
"D Prince," he said as the man looked up at him in surprise.
"Please follow me sir."

After being shown to their private table which was away from everyone else he pulled out her chair as she hesitantly sat down.
"How did you manage to buy this place. It must have cost a fortune."
"Don't worry yourself about the money. A few wise investments here and there allow me live a comfortable life," he said as their waiter arrived.
"Angie," the young man whispered as Draco cleared his throat not liking the way the man was looking at her.
"Please ask the manager to attend this table," Draco said glaring at the waiter who nodded and quickly left.
Turning to look at Ela he found her looking a bit pale.
"Who is he?"
"My ex-boyfriend, Franklin," she whispered playing with the fork before her.
"Let's play a game shall we?" He said with a mischievous smile.

"What do you have in mind?" She asked not loving the look on his face.
"Would you like to be the future Mrs Prince for the next hour or two as we dine here."
"Pretend to be your fiancé," she said in shock as he nodded his head yes. "There is no harm in pretending is there?" She said making him chuckle.
The manager walked in a few seconds later looking flustered.
"Ah good you are here," Draco said as the man looked at Ela in confusion. "I must see the chef before we order, my fiancé is very picky about what she eats," he said as they heard a crash behind the manager. Her ex had dropped the tray to the ground, shock all over his features.

"Forgive my clumsiness," he mumbled going on his knees as he gathered the chunks of ice and glassware.
Ignoring him Draco continued, turning to the manager he snapped his fingers drawing him out of his daze.
"As I was saying my fiancé is very picky about her food. So please, the chef," he said turning to smile at her.
"No darling you don't have to bring the chef here, I am sure I will find something edible from their menu," she said softly.
"Very well my love," he said taking her hand bringing it to his lips before a menu was handed over to each of them.
Franklin returned waiting to take their orders as Draco signaled for the manager to changer their table setting. Scooping her up in his arms he held her in his arms as their changed the table settings.
"You do know we could have just moved our chairs right," she whispered into his ear as he smirked.
"Yes we could have, but this is more fun," he murmured against her lips as Franklin looked at them with a frown.

She smiled in satisfaction seeing him become agitated. Sitting down beside each other he fed her as Franklin and the manager stood waiting on them.
"Tell me again cara mia, why were you dismissed from your job?" He asked looking up at the manager visibly swallowed beads of sweat forming.
"They refused to pay me my money," she said as he looked at her.
"Hmmm is that so," he murmured cutting his well done steak to feed it to her. "I'll fix the problem," he said with a devious grin.

She opted for a hot beverage afterward but soon regretted this as her stomach churned once she smelled the coffee. Shooting out of her chair she ran to the ladies throwing up all the contents of her stomach. Slumped against the seat she felt a hand gently rub her back.
"So when were you planning on telling me you are with child?" He murmured helping her up as they walked over to a sink.
"I...I didn't want to burden you," she whispered.
"Does Franklin know?"
"It's not his baby," she said as tears ran down her cheeks.
He decided to not push further about the baby's father as he consoled her. Pulling apart he took her hand to lead her out of the bathroom but she must have been too tired as she swayed after one step. Lifting her into his arms he carried her out of the restaurant taking her home.
