Hello! If you are reading this then you probably have anxiety. I recently found out that I have what I call "undiagnosed anxiety" which is just me having anxiety, but I wasn't diagnosed with it. The first sign of anxiety I had was a panic attack. I was in the empty Christmas section of Target late December after Christmas, when suddenly I began to panic. There was no trigger and I was absolutely terrified because I didn't know what it was. And so I just kind of layed on the floor until the feeling passed. I didn't tell anyone, but that really scared me so, cue the research! I took like 37 different online quizzes titled "Do You Have Anxiety?" and I know I shouldn't trust an online quiz and what-not, but when 37 DIFFERENT quizzes say you have high anxiety (some of them from actual medical websites) I think you can pretty much say you have anxiety. And so when I found this out I saw a bunch of YouTube videos and pins of anxiety relief. And I tried these out myself so you can trust them and I hope this helps someone. BYESSSSS!!!
