*Aurora's P.O.V*
I took a deep breath and leaned against the cool brick wall. The others were inside, Luna was probably convincing the sales clerk to give them things for free. I can't say that I don't enjoy it, because I do. It saves us money and time, but I can't help but feel guilty every now and then.
I heard Kara's laugh as the bell rang and they made their way to me. "That was to easy." Luna said handing me a water bottle. "He caved instantly." She giggled and I rolled my eyes. We walked across the street, towards the forest.
We'd be at Beacon Hill in about an hour if we run. An hour and a half if we walk. We were looking forward to stopping there and causing some trouble. I was looking forward to see all my old friends. Well the two friends I actually had.
I wasn't anything like I am now back then. I was quite geeky actually. Things change when you get turned. I no longer had a need for glasses and braces. "You alright, Rora?" Kara asked, putting a hand on my shoulder.
"Yeah, just thinking of what we'll do, that's all." There was a moment were everything was just quiet, and peaceful. That's not something we get very much. There was a muffled grunt and then a snapping ahead of us. Something no human could hear.
"Aurora.." I hear Luna say as she stepped forward, I only nodded and we all took off running. I dodged random trees and rocks. My boots snapping twigs and leaves as we got closer to the sound. I slid across a large bolder and stopped on the edge. I glanced down at the scene and a low growl left my lips.
There they were. They had glowing red eyes that couldn't be missed, but one seemed to be fighting against them. The alpha pack was something we've ran into plenty of times. I looked over the ones fighting against them.
On had dark, shaggy hair. He was around my age, dressed in a pair of dark jeans and a tight black, long sleeved shirt. Next to him was another boy, he was dressed in light jeans. A dark green t-shirt clung to him as they faced off with the twins. He had sandy colored hair, which was slightly difficult to see.
My gaze traveled to a colored boy, he was bald and I couldn't really see his face as he ran towards the girl with claws on her feet. "Kali." Kara hissed as she took the spot to the left of me. Luna occupied the right side.
The one's fighting the alpha's seemed to be holding their own, but things slowly began changing and I glanced at the girls, they nodded at me. I leaped from the rock and landed between the alpha's and the others. We all growled and crouched down, ready to attack.
"What a surprise." I smirked up at the blind man, then stood.
"Yes, we decided to stop and say hello." By now the others were staring at us, clearly confused as to why we were here. Kali took a step closer to us and I noticed a grin grow on Kara's face. "Now leave." I stated simply.
"Aurora, as rude as ever." I smiled at his comment, showing my teeth. I felt a fight coming and that was getting me excited. "Why are you protecting these ones? You don't even know them." He said, pulling off his glasses.
"Anything to start a fight with you all." I hissed and snapped my wrist, my claws coming out as I did so. I glared at them all, taking in their appearance one by one. Slowly the blind man backed away, leaving the woods. Eventually they were all gone and I turned to see who the others were.
I pulled up my hood and glanced at the others. I took in their appearence before backing up then turning. The girls followed my lead and we left them all laying there.
