Description -
Jeff is a boy who's in his teens and he has very pale skin, a smile carved into his face, and brunt off eyelids, black hair and is kind of a yandere. He wears a white hoodie and black dress pants, which both are usually covered in blood (if you catch him at the wrong time, he's usually alright about the blood because he doesn't like to smell like dead bodies).
How to survive:
His eyes are weak so throw something hot onto his face, preferably something spicy, hopefully it'll get in his eyes. Run, he went insane when he was around 13 (I think??), he is a trained killer, he knows how to fight. So yeah, try to blind him, he can't blink.
