I was making breakfast for me and Joe whilst watching him carefully texting someone. He has been talking to this person for a couple of days and I'm starting to get suspicious. I picked up the bowl of cereal and sat down next to him. "Here you go love," I said. "Oh thanks" he said not even looking up from his phone.
"Who you texting?" I said casually. "No one." He said in a timid voice still not looking up from his phone. "Joe, you've been on that phone all morning, why don't you take a break?" I said walking to the kitchen to the put the bowls away. He just rolled his eyes and sighed. "SERIOUSLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE THIS?!" I screamed getting very frustrated. "I TOLD YOU, NO ONE!" He said getting as angry as I was. "Joe," I said a bit more calm , "are you cheating on me?" I whispered. "What!? I would never even think of doing that!" He calmly said looking up from his phone with angry eyes. "Then why are you always on that fucking phone!? Huh!?"
He smiled halfheartedly and came up to me and said, "I was saving it for tonight but," he knelt down and I immediately knew why he was doing, I covered my mouth with my hands. "(Y/F/N), would you do me the honour of becoming my wife?" I was speechless, I nodded multiple times and he jumped and hugged me. "I love you and I'm sorry," " I love you too."
