How to keep calm.
Count to 39 and with every number take a deep breath. It will calm you down.
Go and sit alone and maybe watch YouTube or anything that makes you happy. It will help trust me.
If you have gotten in a fight with someone like you mum or dad wait until your ready then say sorry and give them a hug. Hugs are the best.
If you rant about all the fights you have to your friends try out a diary. I have one but have not used it lastly but I would me a lot! It will get he angry out of you have writing is soothing.
If your parents let you go out for a walk when you want try that. If you have a dog go take it for a walk in he park. Your dog wi love it and it will give you time to think over the fight and figure out how to get out of it and make yourself and the person you're fighting with happy again.
Sometimes all you can do is cry, and that's fine! Cry is good and will let you get out your sadness. But don't cry for to long. It will give you a headache.
And those are my top for calming yourself down after a fight. I get in a lot of fights with my mum and I'm trying to stop them. I will be using all these tips.
